When I got home plastics were hanging off wheele well due to improper repairs made by them! Which they did not disclose to me! Never told me it was in an accident. When I asked about it they said they don't have to disclose repairs under 10% of msrp. When I told them I don't want the truck anymore and I'm bringing it back they said I can't do that because I already signed the paper work. Only when I mentioned I'm calling my lawyer the next day they decide they want to take there shotty repaired truck back. What a rip off don't trust these guys. The manger didn't even have the decency to come out of his office to say anything when I asked for him multiple times. These people should not be in buisness. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They replaced the whole bedside of my "brand new" truck did a sloppy job repainting it everything under the truck was Covored in white paint. Tail light did not sit in place properly and bare metal was left exposed on the truck to rust away! These people showed no remorse & should be ashamed of themselves. I feel bad for whoever is buying the truck I returned.

You'd think you would get top tier customer service at a dealership, but regarding this…read moreestablishment, you'd be incorrect. $360 diagnostic on my 2015 Ram to perform a software update that "may or may not have fix" one of the issues that they attempted to address. The check engine light diagnosis led to a $4000 invoice including brakes that should be done soon. Not why we brought it in. After being informed our warranty (not through the dealer) wouldn't cover the costs for the service, we had questions of course which were delayed by Dick's request to my wife to "put some money on the table" and a quick change of tone suggesting we couldn't afford the repairs. Decided we'd take the vehicle somewhere a little more trustworthy and less money-first oriented. When we arrived to pick the truck up I was told it could be 30-45 minutes for them to finalize documents in their system. Reason being that their senior technician in charge of our vehicle types very slowly. Nice. Won't be back.

The engine mounts began to fail and caused pretty intense shaking. I brought it in for them to hopefully be able to tell me what was wrong. They said they test drove it, checked "everything" out and couldn't figure it out. I was sent on my way after $50 something in shop time. From there I went to Belle tire to get a FREE diagnoses and they obviously were able to tell me what was wrong right away. Whether is sounds all "boo hoo" or not, as a young woman, I'm just pretty apprehensive about mechanics, and specifically this shop because of this reason.

It's been about 10 years since I graduated high school but I had the unfortunate luck of having my car die a few miles outside of Lowell while on my way to visit my family for Thanksgiving. I got towed to Ronda and experienced the same level of compassion and professionalism that I had back in high school. These guys are the best! Don't take your car anywhere else!
