I took my daughter's vehicle 2009 traverse to get the headlight bulb replaced . They did not do the thing that I ask. The problem is the, the owners before us replace wrong screws in the panels so we couldn't replace the bulbs the traditional way. I came in hoping bileth would fix the screw and replace them with correct ones. They did not and charge me .8 hrs fee. Paying over 100$ for replacing light bulbs. They removed the whole bumper to fix instead. Leaving us with the same problem if a different bulb needed replacing or similar. They also quoted us over 300 dollars to fix our bouncy shocks. Which cost us 65(a pair of shocks) to order online and my time to repair and unscrew six screws, plus the time to take the wheel off. They are showing us what their motive is. The location is very convenient for us but I will either repair it myself or research to get better pricing and travel somewhere else. I could go on but who has time for that. read more

AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I thought the days of sneaky business practices and scam artistry were gone, especially with the advent of online review apps and media.... I asked Bileth Services to repair my Honda Civic after a deer ran into my front quarter panel, drivers door, headlight and windshield wiper. I drive this Honda to and from Lansing as a commuter car and only have PLPD insurance on it. I explain all of this to them and they said they would fix the necessities only, as I requested. Well, I spent $750 on an unpainted quarter panel, wiper motor mount and a headlight, then took off down the road. Not a few miles away the entire front end rattled and i could hear metal parts (assumed it was bolts/fasteners) roll across the dash when I turned. I got home and looked at the work more closely and much to my surprise the fasteners, mounts and plastic moulding were loose and missing. It was aweful. I also noticed components from the quarter panel missing, and a dent hammed in the new panel so that it would "fit" into place. Furthermore, I could see the back of the drivers side headlight while sitting in the drivers see of my car, peering into the door/quarter panel area of the affected side. They charged me full price for this work!! I called them by phone, left messages AND went back in person to speak with ANYONE about getting this fixed. I was ignored and NO ONE called me back! The most contact I was able to make was with an "employee" who only wanted to know if it was an insurance claim or out of pocket. He looked me square in the eyes, wrote down my name and number and I never heard a single word from them after that. I had to go to a different business to have the horrible work repaired. I spend an additional $150 to fix their idiocracy. Don't EVER use Bileth Services for any reason! Its amateur hour in that place, and that's me being kind!! read more

Great experience working with Bileth Auto Service. We had an oil leak on out BMW. The dealer wanted a significant amount of money to do the repair. Bileth handled resolved the oil leak for significantly less and completed the service in a timely manner. read more

Something happened to this business, I think new ownership and things went downhill. They don't seem to be organized with their scheduling so we sometimes waited for several days to get the car back. Granted I didn't indicate that we desperately needed it because we didn't so perhaps if you make it clear that you need the vehicle they would do better ‍? Terrible service, they drag a job that could be finished within a week for two months or longer. Prices are ridiculous. Poor communication. Don't let the good reviews fool you, literally just family and friends giving them good reviews so they can keep clueless people coming back to a trash shop where people don't know how to get work done. On my way home last night from picking up dinner, my brakes went out...it was terrifying! Thankfully I was able to make it home safe. First thing this morning I called to see if I could get in. They were amazing! Got me right in and had me back on the road within a good 45 minutes....that was even having to wait for my brake line to be delivered...I believe. Which was also very impressive! This is by far the worst auto service shop in the kent county area. Very poor attitudes and service, the guy behind the counter has a shitty shitty attitude and the mechanic is by far even worse yet.! I was swore at, treated like absolute dirt, mechanic was an asshole from the wird go! If you value quality service and respect, dont go to this repair facility. Not sure what the other person that reviewed experienced but I can say with extreme certainty that Bileth Services is a quality shop.
