Paul set us in the right direction, and we will be entirely grateful that he put us onto Bobby and Nathan. As Paul had mentioned, they would be able to not only fix the problem, but also might be able to give us a good deal. AutoZone has always provided its customers with good prices and good service. I didn't feel we could go wrong. B&N is not a high-end auto show room, but the mechanics (Bobby & Nathan) are the best as is the manager (Paul) at AutoZone. Thanks, we are now able to open and shut our sliding doors since they replaced both door lock actuators. The other slider on the passenger's side was also damaged and could only be locked manually.
