This is my family's go-to for car wash and oil changes and they've never done us wrong, although…read morethey never get everything quite perfect either. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

It is a kit car so not sure what year the motor is. Well Raymond asked me no less then 5 times "what year is it" and I answered each time with "I don't know". He gave me some cock and bull story about it won't fit if not right size and so on. Now this is a KIT CAR so I can make pretty much any size battery work. So again after being treated like I was an idiot, we went next door to O'Reilly's where they bent over backwards to figure out which battery to buy and if it didn't work I could bring it back. So $155.00 and a GREAT experience later we left with battery in hand and let me tell you I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF YOUR STORES AGAIN! Good job Raymond! Monday- Friday 8:04 - 6:04 and then it said the weekend hours. No was there . Doors locked and lights were off. No sign saying anything about lunch or why they're closed. Another woman drove up as I was leaving . That was two sales they missed. Yes I was ticked because I went out of my way to go there, but not again.

If you're in urgent need of some unusual size battery and can't wait for delivery, they will probably have them here. They also sell and change out car batteries. You can even dispose of old dead batteries here, whether lithium, alkaline, or something else. The guys working here have always been friendly. They tell me they get a truck in every night and can only order a case of anything, and to come back the next day. I hate making multiple trips to get a sales price on an ad item. I try to go early enough in the day to get an ad item, but many times still find it out of stock. Oh, how I miss the days when Rob Snell owned and operated these stores, and how customer oriented it truly was. The staff at United are consistently friendly and seemingly caring, but their hands are tied, now that the chain is owned by Albertson's in another state. Every good thing always comes to an end.
