Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk treated me disrespectfully, speaking in a condescending manner and asking questions in a way that felt intended to make me look foolish rather than help clarify the issue. Her behavior came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. I worry that uninformed customers, in particular, might be treated even worse.
