Also, he didn't try to rip me off with an up-sell, even though the opportunity was there...he correctly identified a few other issues (that actually were known issues). We stopped this spring just to look at new style bikes... and get a giggle at rudeness, put out Sherman staff and uncomfortable place we met in past. WHAT a remarkable change in customer care, from positive greetings and to when we left the shop, repair guy spoke with us as we walked by the open shop door. WOW we were impressed at the whole notable change in this shop. Earlier, a sales rep greeted us, wanted to showed us a new Nightster. We said we weren't in the market just checking out the style changes and didn't want to take his time. He said no worries, let's just take a look for maybe another time, why not, we had time that day. He invited us to sit on it and get a feel for it. This nice young man, had another rep come over, he took time without issue, for some questions we had. Finally we had to ask, why the dealer name changed and basically, the whole place's customer care? Enthusiastically said, new owners. When we were ready to leave, he and others invited us to come over for events and food coming up. We were loyal Roeder HD Monroeville customers since 1986, miss that valued, treat you like family care you got from them until they retired. That was the HD way is what Roeder's said. Great job "new" Toledo HD team , we may not have bought a bike that day but we felt like we finally found a new shop we will buy from, who cares. She told me that they are a company here to help people like me who don't have very much credit Who have no debt Who got in a car accident and lost a $20,000 vehicle in March and is waiting on a settlement and that could be any time so I expressed to her how important it was that I got a nice vehicle for me to drive and that was safe to work and back because I have a family and I have a child at first Amanda told me the car that I wanted was $13,000. I knew that I would get approved for that especially with my husband cosigning. she then began to talk nonstop about how she was going to torch late and made my husband and I feel very, very uncomfortable and awkward like we needed to hurry and rush so that she could make it to with her niece and her daughter Monday we called her ASAP, the car went up $3000 for some reason I was desperate and also really liked the car. It was perfect for me. I should've known better I should've realized and felt her energy the first day that she was a fake. I have had the worst experience my entire life with these people , not to mention the six months of hell that I have gone through because of a UPS driver who told my car and herniated disc in my back just six months ago this has been the hardest in my entire life.
