Never mind my previous review. Will still say it was quick , and everyone friendly however I was…read moredeceived and that really pisses me off. I stated MULTIPLE times I had payments remaining in old lease and would ONLY be interested in doing a deal if I can pay zero down , old Lease was wiped and would pay just taxes dmv and dealer fees. I said multiple times I don't put money down on leases .I was assured this was the case. The next part is partially my fault for being tired and not questioning anything , but once you are in finance you don't see the actual deal sheet it's all on computer. Long story short part of taxes and fees ended up being 3k in cap reduction , ie I put down 3k on a lease. Hopefully they will make this right. Otherwise adding it to my list of deceptive Nissan dealers. Will say sales man Jim called me and again seems pleasant and sincere and would still go back to him. But something is wonky in finance

I purchased a brand-new Nissan Rogue from Nissan 112 in February and had a wonderful buying…read moreexperience. Unfortunately, that changed after my first complimentary oil change on May 1. When I picked up my vehicle, all of the windows were rolled down and the interior smelled strongly of smoke and chemicals. The odor has never gone away, and as of June 25, it is still just as strong. Despite multiple visits to the dealership, another oil change, replacing the cabin air filter, and removing every personal item from my vehicle, the smell remains. It causes headaches, coughing, and eye irritation for both me and my passengers. Even after a short 20-minute drive, the odor lingers in my clothes and hair. The most frustrating part has been the inconsistent communication. I was initially told that no one in the service department could smell anything. Later, employees admitted they did smell the odor. Then, after speaking with others in the back, they returned and claimed they could no longer smell it. It's difficult to understand how the explanation kept changing. I gave Nissan 112 every opportunity to make this right, but instead I received conflicting explanations and no permanent solution. At one point I was even offered a complimentary interior cleaning for my brand-new vehicle, only for that offer to later be withdrawn without explanation. I expected much better customer service after purchasing a brand-new vehicle. Instead, I have spent nearly two months trying to resolve an issue that began immediately after a routine oil change. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend Nissan 112 to anyone, and unfortunately, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership again.

But he did a great job efficiently managing the counter as while juggling the phone calls coming in and was very courteous and willing to help! Every time I go in there, the workers see me and just duck into the back. They don't acknowledge me, or tell me "just a second" Today tore it for me. I was looking for a particular tool. "Sir Peter" was on the sales floor stocking the shelves. I asked him for the tool, explained exactly what it did. He misdirected me, I ended up buying the wrong thing. I waited at the counter. As soon as someone else walked into the store, "Sir Peter" offered to help him before ringing me up. It was as if I were invisible. The only time I saw "Sir Grumpy", oops I mean "Sir Peter" spring into action faster is when I get there the same time as the coffee truck. Poor customer service. I will try the location at the base of 112, on Main Street.
