They were very helpful and measured the belt as well as gave me some tips and tricks. They ordered multiple sizes to reduce down time and trips. They told me as long as I didn't damage the belts I could return them. One of the belts they ordered was correct. While I was there I grabbed some spark plugs. I've been having a run of bad luck recently in respect to my car. After I clocked out for my shift…read moreat MacArthur Airport in July, I returned to my Honda only to discover that I had a flat tire. I got assistance from my co-workers to change the tire to the donut, (not cookie, as I referred to it, generating guffaws from my teammates) and was advised that I shouldn't ride on it all the way home to East Meadow. They recommended that I go to see Eric at RCM on Lakeland Avenue who welcomed me, diagnosed the problem and replaced the tire. Fast forward to yesterday when I returned to my car and found that I had another flat. (I'm thinking what you're thinking, ex-employee seeking revenge perhaps?) Nonetheless, back I go to RCM and Eric's team fixes the tire. What I like about this automotive shop is the kindness of the workers, the willingness to explain the issue, walk me thru the diagnostics, and show me the damage. The waiting room is air conditioned, has a stocked fridge, television, and recent selections of magazines including those that appeal to women. In addition, the entire shop is sparkling clean. I watched Eric blow the debris out of the shop and clean the floor for 30 minutes! Prices are fair and I never feel that I'm being taking advantage of. Woohoo! As good as it gets!
