Now its my turn and my dad, doesnt greet us "Can I help you?" with an attitude. Explained what part I needed and asked if it was in stock. While I was asking my dad for the account number, Hunter sighed loudly and started tapping his fingers impatiently. When he came back with the sensor, instead of placing it on the counter, he basically threw it to my dad. I see this happen and get frustrated because let the rolls be switched around WE seem rude so i paid and left, with hunter not having the proper manners from the start wouldn't want to know how others are treated when having an encounter with him. I get those nasty or rude customers but we didnt receive what was given. Really hope this catches management attention

From the moment I approached the counter, he seemed irritated and unwilling to help. His attitude was rude and dismissive, which immediately made the interaction uncomfortable. What stood out the most was how he handled the items I was purchasing. Instead of treating me respectfully as a customer, he snatched the products from the counter and then dropped them down in front of me with an obvious attitude. The way he acted came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, I simply expected basic customer service and common courtesy. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should not be treated as if they are a burden or an inconvenience. This experience left a very negative impression and made me feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds employees that professionalism and respect are important parts of customer service.
