The guy at the front asked the specifics of my vehicle and gave me a small list of compatible vehicles and a map where they're located. He even circled the locations and gave me a water bottle! The list provided also mentions the color of the vehicle. The layout of the lot made it easy to find everything. Keep in mind that people are definitely pulling parts but it's still quite organized! I didn't find what I needed but I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I had something else in mind for my vehicle!

The lady pulls up the vehicle in their system, gives me a quote for the part I want. Satisfied with the cost I paid my entry fee ( mandatory to walk out on the yard). I go and load up all my tools and make my way out to the vehicle that I was interested in and it was stripped already of all the parts I was interested in. So the scam is, they lead you to believe they have the part with their "fancy" website with lookups for parts, then charge you an mandatory entry fee to find out they don't have what they claimed to have. Why can't businesses just be honest with people these days?

It was very minimal and seemed to be an excuse for the guy not doing his job. I jumped it and drove over to O'reilly to find a new one. They were more than willing to help and found the battery I needed. They also were able to do some sleuthing in the computer and found that I had purchased the battery from them that was in the car and the warranty was within weeks of expiring. So the battery was free because of the warranty and they swapped it out in no time. Excellent customer service!

Counterman hands me a gasket box, I immediately know something is fishy. The box is a repack, it's scotch taped closed. I turn the box upside down and proceed to dump it on the counter, loose and unbagged parts drop everywhere. I instead buy the upper and lower intake manifold kit, paid the extra just in case. The counterman was really nice, realky helpful, really trying his best, but this parts buying experience was a bad experience.

Being new here from Atlanta I still don't have a "neighborhood " auto repair shop so I had no idea where else to go except for a Honda dealership. In route I decided to Yelp auto repair centers and this shop came up with 5 stars. Because it was on the way I said what the hell and stopped to check it out. Thank the good Lord I did because it was a home run. They had my vehicle in the garage before they even knew my name and I was on my way back home in less than an hour. Total cost $145 plus $9 for a part and that included flushing out the freon and recharging the system. Both Firestone and Honda wanted around $99 just to evaluate and wanted me to leave car the afternoon. It would have taken longer just to get the paper work done in the amount of time it took to get me on my way at Jimmy's! Don't be fooled by the cosmetics of the building or the area they are located, truly a wonderful experience and there is a auto parts shop right next door. Thank you so much.
