I stopped in today to browse and found a few neat items that I would purchase either for myself or as a gift in the future. I found a neat little smart out let that allows you to plug any device into it and once you download the app it allows you to turn the power on or off from your smart phone. I know they sell these little outlets at home improvement stores ect but this place was small, not crowded and it was very easy to locate items, not to mention the price was under $15.00. Because it was a small store I had no problem locating a sales person to answer my questions. Customer service was professional and prompt. I would return.

We choose Gerald's as we trust them. We dropped it off at night, so they could diagnose the issue. They called us and said after inspection it was a tire issue. We went ahead with the service as they recommended it. When they called us to pick it up, I asked if they were able to confirm if the issue was resolved. If not, we could have it further diagonsed and resolve the issue. They told me they do not drive the cars after installing tires. Odd as how would they be able to confirm if the issue was resolved? Continuing to trust them, we picked it up and our car. Unfortunately for us, we have two new tires and a car that still shakes.

2/26/26- I just reported a great visit on Monday but there's a little more to add…read more Sadly, it's not good. When I brought that car in a specifically said that I had brand new lug nuts on it and that I did want an impact wrench used on the car at all. Well, that didn't happen. I've now got some lug nuts that need replacement. When you look at the pics you'll see the damage. The fact that the paint at the top of the lug nuts has been scraped off also tells me that a shallow socket was used. A deep socket would never even come close to touching the top of the lug nut. Also, no attempt was made to keep the wheels clean. There are very big grease marks from someone's hands. That should have been wiped away. I'd use them again, but I'll also be sure to explain to them that this happened and that I wanted to be 100% sure it didn't happen again. And I'm dropping the stars from 5 to 3

I got a recommendation for A & P from a friend of mine who works at a restaurant I frequent who said the owner, Paul, was an honest person who was great at what he does. So I went straight to Paul and told him about the alternator and the other issues that were happening. Paul called me up later, diagnosed the other problems, gave me a fair price, and the car was completely fixed two days later. The car drives like new. Paul is a true professional who gets the job done at a fair price. If I could give a million stars as a review, it would still not be enough. The best thing is, he is a local garage, and not a chain operation. Always go to a local guy, and A & P is the best around.
