Three employees that look like management were all helping someone in the back. This left one employee managing the store. I walked in hoping to just complete my purchase and be in and out, two people were in line ahead of me. The person talking to the cashier was talking about the repairs and the correct parts they need, which is perfect, but in about five minutes a long line appeared. I probably did not get to the cashier until a good 15 minutes. I saw the three employees walk by several times, which left me confused as to why it took three people to look at one customer issue, while leaving only one cashier to handle the store.

They gave me the correct battery and charged me extra money. However, 8 weeks down the road, the battery wouldn't even hold a charge. When I tried to return it in Waynesboro, they pointed out to me that the battery was 2 years old. When I called the Augusta shop they claimed they had no record of my sale and unless I could find my receipt there was nothing they could do. Now I'm out $200 on a battery that didn't even last me 8 weeks because when I exchanged it at the Augusta store they exchanged for a battery sitting in their stockroom that was 2 years old.
