They also turn rotors, which I believe they are the only parts store that does it anymore. This really is important and helps when you need a second opinion on a repair. Today, I was hopingm to just pick up a few things and be on my way. The problem was I saw there were four employees. Three employees that look like management were all helping someone in the back. This left one employee managing the store. I walked in hoping to just complete my purchase and be in and out, two people were in line ahead of me. The person talking to the cashier was talking about the repairs and the correct parts they need, which is perfect, but in about five minutes a long line appeared. I probably did not get to the cashier until a good 15 minutes. I saw the three employees walk by several times, which left me confused as to why it took three people to look at one customer issue, while leaving only one cashier to handle the store.
