They also turn rotors, which I believe they are the only parts store that does it anymore. The two main issues I have is the web page is a little clunky to use and their customer's perks is not as good as their competitors which is the reason I only come to o'reilly's for the hard to find stuff.

So why didn't I go to Costco and spend a few dollars less for a battery? I did! When I took the battery home and tested it before installation it was at 60% capacity! I put it on a charger over night with no improvement. This is indicative of a battery damaged during shipping or on the shelf too long. I took it back for a return and asked why they don't test the batteries before selling it. Their response was this is Costco!

From the first week, I had issues with multiple electronic systems and safety sensors. Since then, I have had my CarPlay unit replaced, unit reset, and ADAS replaced. I have also been told that some of these sensor issues are known problems (including an anti-collision system that can engage without warning if a particle of dust gets behind the Nissan emblem on the hood), and despite wasting several days of my life on service appointments and warranty work, the problems persist, even after being told again and again that the next "fix" will resolve everything. I have gone to Nissan Consumer Affairs, and the Service Manager Spencer discredited my claims and service records clearly showing design flaws and inherent safety concerns with the vehicle. While I was told it was escalated to General Manager Johnny, who supposedly spent 3 months speaking to Nissan Dealer Affairs about a buyback/replacement- I discovered that was a lie. The leadership of this dealership only cares about their bottom line and not the real humans their negligence and decisions impact. Despite employees at both local locations trying to assist me, I am still stuck in an unsafe vehicle, with no current recourse, over a year later. I am writing this in the hopes that this last-ditch effort creates positive change for my experience. If so, I will update my review. Otherwise, their failures will remain posted without update. This is their final opportunity to prove they care. I deeply regret ever trusting such an important decision to Miracle Nissan.

I walked out and went to Oreilys and the lady measured them, walked 20' came back and set them on the counter. last time for using advanced auto. Driving as a One Eyed Bandit is not safe nor legal. Manny explained that it could be the HID bulb, or some other problem, further explaining that parts may not be available as the vehicle is now 25 years old. ( Side note-but still good looking and still a great performance car!) Manny told me if not fixable, after market light kits may be the solution. I told Manny, do what you can. Two hours later I get a call from Manny- the lights are working! I asked what was the problem? He said "well we started the vehicle, turned on the headlights and they are on, both sides." "What" I said. "Ok, i'll be there in an hour to pick up the car." Drive down to Manny's, go in office. Manny is in there, eating lunch. But he took the time out to explain what was done. It took all of ten seconds as he said, "we didn't do anything." I asked Manny how much did I owe him for his time and efforts. He said "Nothing, we didn't do anything!" Now- this is why I am taking the time to write this review- How many times have we ever went to an auto repair shop and paid Nothing! Go anywhere else and it's a fee that is the Arm and Leg! And those shops will give you the bill with a big smile! Well-Manny's Service Center deserves Ten stars for his honesty and integrity! Have a Honda- bring it to Manny's Service Center. Have a Acura- Bring it to Manny's Service Center. Honest people in the auto repair industry is a rare find. When you find one, you want to spread the word, I am spreading the word! Highly Recommend Manny's Service Center for your vehicle's regular maintenance and for those repairs that are needed. It should be noted that this is the fourth time using Manny's Service Center, regular oil change, new alternator and for a new radiator. Each and every time, work done expertly and timely. And what's more important, the costs were reasonable. What more can I say- go to Manny's Service Center. It's a no frills place. No big waiting room, just honest and friendly people who do a great job.

I brought the Silverado in for an oil change last week. Left it the night before my appointment and dropped the keys in the night lock box. My truck was ready promptly the next morning. No big deal. BUT, here's the thing. The plastic bumper on the front driver's side had been hanging loose from hitting a curb for like two years. THEY FIXED IT! Didn't charge me, and didn't even mention it. My wife noticed it the day after the appointment. In a world where trust is tough to come by, especially in the world of auto repair, these guys are trustworthy. I'm a customer for life.
