The associates I spoke with was Logan and Stephanie, with Logan even explaining on how to do the installation on my vehicle, the direction it was to be installed correctly on my vehicle. Logan, even recommend a cleaning kit and how long my air filter should last, which is almost 100,000 miles. I will definitely be back to get their feedback on other parts I need to install on my vehicle. I know there is an Autozone around the corner, but I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts for their customer service. After speaking with Logan, I definitely would go back for a new battery, which they would install and get rid of my old battery. I went to another competitive store a year ago for my battery and I kinda had to beg for them to assist me in installing my battery, which they finally did after bringing in my tools. I can install and replace a car battery myself, but if I am spending money every couple of years for a new battery and they are willing to install it. I would definitely go back.

Since we needed our shower working, we purchased the correct faucet set from another store that was open on Sunday. My boyfriend then returned to this hardware store with the unused item and the original receipt simply to request a refund. Instead of trying to help or handling the situation professionally, the owner refused the refund and proceeded to use profanity toward my boyfriend. Everyone makes mistakes, and we understand that the wrong item being sold can happen. What was most upsetting was the way we were treated afterward. There is never a good reason to curse at a customer who is calmly trying to resolve an issue. Customer service and professionalism matter just as much as the products a business sells. Based on our experience, we won't be returning and cannot recommend this store.

After a few minutes of pushing buttons on the machine he shows me the screen--that I couldn't understand, and told me that my battery was operating at 12%. Boo. Then, instead of telling me that I needed to purchase something right then and forcing the most expensive thing on me (because I would have thought I needed it immediately, I didn't want to live at the North Augusta Autozone until my new battery could be shipped there), he asked how long I had owned my current battery and then encouraged me to contact the original dealer and check the warranty... and get this, he told me that because he didn't want me to have to purchase something more expensive when I could, if it was still under warranty, get it exchanged. I know, I know, he could have had me. Instead he was genuine and acted for the customers' interest and probably gained me as a return customer. Anyone willing to send a customer away because it is in their better interest tells me that they really care about me as a customer and that they really know what they are talking about.
