When I called, Mark answered all of my questions and gave me an out of the door price. We drove up to Layton, and Mark explained about all of the features in the Sport. I was impressed with his knowledge. The price was exactly as quoted on the phone and that was posted on the website. So, no hidden fees. (We called at the end of January, explaining how much we budgeted for a new car, and they got extremely close to what we wanted to pay, so we made the deal.) It did take more time than I expected to do the paperwork, and they did forget to include both of our names on the title (which we had to go and fix). It was also nice that they sent our license plates to us in the mail, so that we wouldn't have to drive the 45 minutes to get there. I love our AWC Sport even after 6 months, and we get about 20 to 25 mpg on average for city driving. We easily get 45 mpg in our stick-shift Mirage, driving the freeway. Mitsubishi cars are great vehicles. Great crash ratings, inexpensive to other car manufacturers, and great gas mileage. We have owned Chevy, Kia, and Dodge vehicles in the past, but I love Mitsubishi the most.

The free flat repair service was what first brought me to Discount Tire long ago as a first time driver, and the fact that it's free, professional, and informative made me a permanent customer now. Even after buying new cars, I come back to Discount Tire to check the wear and be honest about what my car actually needs (not just be upsold at the dealership). The certificates are always worth it! You never know when something is going to happen to your tire. Replacing a $200+ tire for free (or $49 if you get a cert on the new one) is extreme value in an unexpected time of need. Many complain about the wait. I say this is a variable that isn't always true, but is indicative of a trusted business. They do try to prioritize urgency, so be transparent with them if you have time or don't.
