They helped me in a bind get a new sway bar link within a day when all the other shops told me they were out.

I had all pro put on a leveling kit on a truck a few years back. A few weeks later, I took it back…read morein and complained about the ride. I was told this was normal for a leveling kit.(so I've just lived with it) The other day I noticed both front shocks were blown. I took the truck to a different 4x4 shop and they informed me the leveling kit was installed incorrectly. It should have had shock extenders installed or longer shocks. In addition, they pointed out that the upper control arm was riding frame stop (and had been for some time). The correct way to install them was to either install a modified control arm to allow clearance or move the stops down. In addition to the shocks, the upper control arms, ball joints and front left tire had to be replaced. (all this damage occurred in under 5k miles) After all the repairs were made, the truck drives like a dream. Going to all pro turned out to be a $1,200 mistake! Making matters worse, I went in to talk to the manager "Rob". Rob informed me he would not stand behind his work or the leveling kit. I was told "I didn't build the kit, I just install them. Call the manufacture"

I brought my car in because low tire pressure light was on. When I first walked in a lady greeted…read moreme and she took my keys when I asked her how long away was she stated that she had just gotten back from running to the bank and so she didn't know, but that she would check. I never got an actual time estimate. An hour and a half later I go up to ask how much longer it was going to be. A gentleman went and looked at the queue and came back and said it would be another hour and a half to two hours. I stated that I had already been waiting for an hour and a half. Another gentleman who I am assuming to be the manager stated that he was going to go figure out what was going on and see what he could do. When he came back, he stated that he moved my car to the front of the line so that way it would get started. About a half hour to 45 minutes later technician comes in and tells me that there were two nails in the tire and one of them was in a gray area and was not holding pressure anymore. he stated that they were gonna try again, but that this was not gonna be a permit fix. He gave me a quote on three different types of tires. And stated that I should replace it. He went back and continue trying to fix the tire. He got it fixed. By that point I had been at the tire place for 4 1/2 hours. If I had known the weight was gonna be so long, I would not have stayed. It was a waste of my time. Thank you to the gentleman who moved my car up, but I believe they need to come up with a better system in terms of checking in cars. I feel like if they would've had an electronic system where I could see the progress on the car or even just see how long the estimate was gonna take. I would've been a lot more informed. Overall, it was a bad experience. I contemplated getting my tires through them, but after this experience, I declined and went to a different tire shop. I would not go there at all ever again.

1 STAR - ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL…read more This place is a nightmare, and I regret ever bringing my car here. I initially went to this body shop on December 2nd just to get a quote. They took photos of the body damage and then told me I had engine damage that "had to be sent to their mechanic." I was told that was necessary to move forward, so I dropped my car off on December 5th. From that point on, communication was almost nonexistent. They sent me a body estimate and repeatedly told me they were "waiting on the mechanic." My insurance adjuster didn't even inspect the car until December 9th, yet Allstate issued a payment that same day--a payment I never signed for, never authorized, and never agreed could be cashed. Weeks went by with no updates. On December 15th, they again claimed they were still waiting on their mechanic. Then I heard nothing until December 29th. When I told them I wanted to move my car to another shop due to the ridiculous delays, I was suddenly told I couldn't--because they had already cashed the insurance check without my authorization. At that point, I didn't know better and felt trapped, so I reluctantly agreed to continue. Big mistake. They didn't submit the mechanic's estimate until January 5th, at which point they conveniently decided the engine issue "wasn't related to the accident"--despite the fact that my engine had ZERO leaks before the accident. On January 8th, I demanded my check back and told them I would pick up my car on January 12th. I was told it would take two weeks to return the money. It is now January 28th, and I still do not have my check. To make matters worse, I contacted their corporate office and spoke to someone named Chris, who said he would "look into it." Instead of helping, he falsely told the body shop that I approved the repairs--which I absolutely did NOT. The body shop then texted me claiming I had approved work and needed to bring my car back. That never happened. Let me be very clear: I never signed anything. I never authorized payment. I never approved repairs. This shop cashed a check without consent, stalled for over a month, withheld funds they have no right to, and then tried to cover themselves by falsely claiming I approved work. This is not just incompetence--this is unethical business behavior. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, stay far away from this place.

I have been here twice, one for my Jeep and one for my Subaru STI, so for my Jeep they did an…read moreexcellent job and made sure I was updated all the time, and the staff were very friendly and nice to me. For my Subaru STI, they did wonders with my new bumper and paint match, but they were unable to fix my fog bezels they said I should take my Subie home and make an appointment at a later time, but then the next day my adjuster called me and told me the shop told them that they were not going to fix my fog bezels because it was not broken, which in fact they were, so I had to take my Subie to another Collision shop and they were able to fix it in less than a day and get me new fog lights and bezels, I do not know why Cutrubus did not do this when they had my Subie for 4 days. The office staff I spoke to were nice to me, but for them to lie to me and tell me one thing and then I find out the next day something different really hurt me. I will no longer be coming to Cutrubus I do not like being lied to. But thank you for your time and for fixing my Subie and Jeep the best your shop could have apparently.

My daughter went in for an oil change, Grease Monkey charged her for an extra quart. The next day…read moreshe was complaining her car was blowing white smoke when starting. Googled the issue and top hit was oil overfilled. Checked the oil level and it was 1/3 of the way up the stick or about 5 inches . I took it back and they drained the extra out saying some cars take more even for the same engine which was puzzling. Took home checked the level and it was still 1/5 up the stick or 2 inches. Took it back again and they redid the oil change showing me the level before I left. No more smoking. Fast forward two weeks, my son in law took his Audi A3 for an oil change to the same Grease Monkey in Clinton. I told him to tell them if his car needs more than 5 quarts which is the base price to say we'll add the rest at home. The base price for full synthetic was $89. When they finished and he went to pay they asked for $135. They said they used upgraded oil, filter, and whatever else. Nothing was told to him prior for the upsell. They just did the work. This Grease Monkey has been our go to up to this point. My daughter played soccer with the owner's granddaughter so I'm adding this review in hopes they see this and can make some policy or personnel changes. Until then I'll take my business elsewhere.

He was very condescending and unprofessional when I called to inform him that there was no improvement to the vehicle after I picked it up. He charged me more than double what the parts actually cost and that is without any discount that I would expect a shop to get on parts. He also charged me over $300 for his initial diagnosis, which was wrong. I have since purchased the tools and parts to diagnose and fix the issue myself. In the end, it was not a problem with anything Allen mentioned. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
