I think I'm cursed when it comes to my lights. Twice now I've had to get replacement bulbs. Apparently for my car, the brake lights consist of two different types of bulbs. This time around, the larger of the two bulbs went out and had my friend not noticed it, who knows how long I'd have gone without noticing. Anyway, I knew the drill. Went in, gave them the make, model, and year of my car, and the man at the counter got the corresponding light bulb from the shelves. The light bulb came in a set of two. I got them, paid for them, and off I went to have my friend replace these for me, because seriously speaking, it'd have taken me forever to have figured that out. read more

Had to get a new car battery ughhh Luckily the staff member that assisted me was so sweet and made the whole experience quick and seamless. She tested my current battery first to make sure it was really gone. Then walked me through my options. And then she installed it real quick. May I also just add how refreshing it was to have a WOMAN assisting me! She did everything herself with grace. No hate men but every time I go to auto type places like this it's very male dominate. I was having battery issues and while getting the professional advice from the sales associate Xavier A. my car stopped turning on. He was detailed and professional during my experience at the store. Helped me change my battery and even gave me a few tips and tricks. We had the chance to chat while he was changing the battery. I felt comfortable and not judged at all for being a woman asking for assistance. Ladies, let's be honest - the car world isn't always friendly towards women. We even touched on the topic and he said he believes women can do just as much and others and began to each me a bit about my car while doing the battery change. Absolutely horrible customer service, came in to purchase a part. I was told that the part needed to be special ordered and should arrive today. I called to check on my order. The rep who answered the phone asked my the details of the order over 4 time, after which he found the order and proceeded to ask me when I ordered. I specified what the receipt was for. He then requested that i hold (thought he was checking on my order), heard him saying hello (clearly takings other calls). Someone else then came on the phone to say Mitch was busy dealing with other customers he will call me back. I explained I was on a time crunch and just needed to know if the part was in, asked the other guy if he couldn't help me. All of a sudden the hold music came on. My car windshield blades broken down because it was too old. I passed by this place to find down they have any replacement ones. Of my gosh, I can not believe they have everything. The guy was so friendly. He asked me the year and model of the car. I have AuDi A6 2010. He searched on computer and brought me one which was the same as OEM ones. He also replaced it for me for free of charge of labor. I just paid for the parts. He also introduce me that I should add the fuel clean every 5000 miles to help the car run better. It is true. I bought one, and put into my gas tank. My car runs way better than before, it is picked up faster and no "click"sound when I start the engine. Thank you so much. I wasn't particularly happy with this Auto Zone. I was shopping next door at the Sedano's and after getting out of there decided to walk in real quick and get a pair of wiper blades for the car. I looked at the book hanging by the wipers to find the right sizes I needed. Once I found the sizes I just had to decide which brand to go with. So of course, I looked for the ones on sale which had a sign with a big $5 off (when you buy two). Picked them and proceeded to the register This process took me no more than 5 minutes. Max. So this is where my bad experience started. I had to wait about 15 minutes in line and there was only 3 people ahead of me. There were two registers opened, but the clerks are tied up looking in the computer for parts for the customers they are with. This place desperately need a self checkout for people that just want to pick up something quick, like me. Then, finally when I reach the cashier and she rings me up, I find that the $5 off are mail in rebate. The cashier didn't even bother to give me the forms or instructions. Oh well, I will avoid coming here for quick stuff like that. I'll use them just for special orders or whatever I cannot find at a Walmart. read more

I went to this location as I did an online "order" to ensure they had everything I needed in stock so I didn't have to come back. Once inside everyone was friendly and the store was clean. I was being helped by a young girl who seemed to be the manager. In the middle of my transaction she answered her cell phone and began to speak Spanish to her boyfriend, as I also know Spanish. She then held the phone to her ear with her shoulder and continued to help me, completely unprofessional. Them in the middle of me speaking she excused herself trans walked away to the back appearing to complete her cell phone conversation. Not everything was instock and I had to come back the next day. Sold the wrong part twice. I was okay with the first time but the second time the employee by the name of Kenneth wasn't very friendly. Despite his mood I first asked him to come look at my car to make sure I was getting the right thing. His response to me twice was I don't need to go look at anything so I said ok. My friend walked in after believing I needed the same thing but both were wrong. My issue is that when I came back to return the item the same guy gave me attitude AGAIN when I told him he sold me the wrong part. He tells me he's not a mechanic! If that's the case why sell me something that you was so sure about the previous visit?! Now that your wrong you tell me your not a mechanic!. I told him had he came to look when I asked and he if didn't know he could have gotten assistance. Kenneth just has a bad attitude period! He moves like he doesn't want to be there! He didn't even tell me my total he just turned the screen like "look it's right there". So I said something to him and get was nicer. But not this time he yelled things back and forth with me all the way out the door! Horrible customer service.
