We brought our car in expecting it to be repaired, but three days later we were told that they were unable to fix the vehicle. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the computer board they were supposedly working on was actually covered under an extended warranty through Subaru. We were told that the vehicle needed to be towed to Subaru for the proper repair. Despite not being able to repair the car, the shop still proceeded to have our CarShield auto repair insurance pay its portion, and then demanded that we pay $600 before they would release our vehicle so we could have it towed to Subaru. We were essentially left paying money to a shop that did not fix our car, while being told they would not release our vehicle unless we paid the $600. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling completely taken advantage of. In our opinion, this was unacceptable. If you're in Davie, please beware and do your research before bringing your vehicle here. We strongly recommend avoiding this shop based on our experience. Thieves, thieves, thieves. We would never use this shop again and want others to know what happened to us.

I called a couple of places, and finally got to talk to Jay who was very helpful and explained all the details, pros and cons of the systems, and why he recommended BORLA. After much thought and listening to a lot of sound bites, I decided on the Borla for that "oh so sweet" sound, the anti-drone technology and bang for the buck. G Exhaust will offer you a great price on the system, and great value on the warranty and install. Finally, I ordered the system, and on the third day I was in the shop for installation. Best place to get your mufflers deleted, G attended me today, amazing chill guy, he told me it would be done in a couple of hours, and i was fine with that because i went to hard rock casino which was 5 mins away from G Exhaust. Than i went back an hour before it was said to be ready, and i got there in time as they were putting the car up getting ready to cut the mufflers. Two professional guys were doing it. Very professional, clean and efficient. Than G guided me to his office and i payed the transaction in and out, less than 2 minutes and threw in a sticker decal for my car and a key tag. And before this, i was quite picky with which place to get my muffler deleted, but this place is super quick and has got great deals. Definitely recommend for people that are picky about choosing which place for their beloved cars, i have a passion for cars, (2008 bmw 335i) and today was the first day i got to mod my car! read more

I was having a bad day because I called my regular exhaust shop and several others to get my exhaust done and they all told me that I would have to try again tomorrow because they are about to close. Out of desperation, I called G Exhaust. On the phone, he did not just tell me I can possibly get what I want done in the same day, he also gave me the lowest price for the job. This is my honest first experience here and I must say their customer service is unmatched, that they got me out of there in no time, and that they dont let you leave with empty hands nor an empty bank account (basically, I left with free merchandise and my bank account wasnt broken in the end). 10/10 highly recommended, that you come here. G Exhaust earns only OUTSTANDING grades from me. The owner G, Adrian and Mikey are nothing short of phenomenal when it comes to doing custom exhaust work. I called a number of different shops around town and no one was willing to provide bumper cutouts to install the AMG mufflers on my E500. No one except G Exhaust that is. Adrian and Mikey teamed up to use my dremel tool and do the cutouts - they came out absolutely perfect. The price was extremely fair and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be returning to G's for any further custom exhaust work on my Merc. Thanks guys for going the extra mile. My wife and I took our Cadillac SRX to get a new catalytic converter. The owner G was very friendly and professional. He did a diagnostic scan and drove the car. Afterwards, he put the car on the lift and showed us the problem. It was a previously installed converter done at a different location that was too small. What really surprised us was that he did not charge us one penny nor did he try to sell us anything. When it's time to change the converter I will go to G Exhaust. I took my Saab 9-3 to G Exhaust after looking all over for a shop that would do high quality exhaust work for a reasonable price on a car that is difficult to get original parts for. I had a leaking flex pipe near the engine and it would require a bit of fabrication to replace it. They did an excellent job while I waited and I had a chance to look at a bunch of photos of some wild custom work they have performed, makes me wish I had a hot rod or a high end super car! They're extremely knowledgable and will be straight up with you about what works for your car and what's going to just be a waste of money. While it was there, I decided I wanted to change the tires and thought, "What better place than somewhere called Mr. Wheels?" Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I decided to move forward with the wheels and tires, I was very specific about the look I wanted. I did not want the wheels sticking out too far with oversized spacers. The person helping me barely looked at me during the entire conversation. He simply turned his monitor around, showed me an option, and told me, "This is what you want." I asked if the setup would look proportional to the truck, and he assured me it would. Based on that, I approved the job. When I returned to pick up the truck, the new doors had been installed, but I immediately noticed they had damaged the wheel arch trim panels during the paint work and hadn't repaired them. On top of that, the wheels looked nothing like I had envisioned. The truck looked like a Hot Wheels toy, which was exactly the look I had been trying to avoid from the beginning. I drove away disappointed, but after being without my vehicle for over a week, I just wanted to get out of there. A day later, I contacted them and explained that the final result was not what I had asked for. I even resent the reference photos I had originally provided. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, they defended the work and told me they thought the truck looked good. They said they would speak with the owners to see what could be done, but eventually came back and told me there was no solution and that they couldn't take the tires back because they were now "used." After that, communication completely stopped. No resolution, no attempt to make things right. If you're looking for your vehicle to have that oversized Hot Wheels look, then maybe this is the place for you. But if you want professionals who listen to what you're asking for and stand behind their work, I'd recommend doing your research and taking your business elsewhere.

He even provides the customer with detailed invoices with pictures of items that need to be repaired or replaced. As far as price, you can probably find cheaper elsewhere.....but you get what you pay for. I would much rather spend a little more at A Choice than to take my chance somewhere else and end up regretting it. I have no complaints and will continue taking my car to A Choice Auto.
