You can no longer leave a message for the service department or sales team. It took me 30 minutes to reach a human to change my appointment in the service department. This is my second car from them, but it will be my last I will look for a new dealership that actually can afford a receptionist to answer the phone. I really didn't think it could go downhill from my first review. The bar was already pretty low, but it managed to be too high for the owners at Charlies Dodge.

Their initial offer was $3800, and they only gave a reasonable offer when I literally left and had to come back to get my keys. Only then did they offer $8,000, showing that even they knew the original offer was a joke. 2) They could only find new Camrys that were already packed with 'extras' such as mud guards, floor mats, and cargo nets. When I asked whether these were dealer installed they insisted they were factory installed and could not be removed. 3) When they struggled to find the particular trim and features I was looking for they put a lot of pressure on me to put a $1000 deposit down for the privilege of them continuing the search. Finally called Toyota Brand Engagement Center. Total waste of my time. They apologized for Yark and was told the GM would call within 48 hours. No phone call. Called engagement center back and explained that I never received a call. They responded that they could not make Yark Toyota of Maumee call back. This dealership does not have the courtesy to return my calls and discuss this issue. Hope after reading this you will ask yourself, are you really getting a good deal from this hometown dealership? I would certainly check other dealers outside this area, especially if you are a woman.
