Yark took my call, cleared their schedule and took my car in immediately. Although they quoted me $100 for a diagnostic, they quickly deduced that at my last oil change some debris was displaced when they changed my air filter. Once cleaned, car drove normally. And so without me asking, they only charged me $35.00. I have now told 5 people in Toledo, in addition to Yelp, how impressed I am with Yark Nissan and I will continue to sing their praises.

When I insisted that I wanted them removed the financial manager said "whatever I don't care anyway". On top of this the battery dies a week after I bought it. They obviously missed it or willfully sold me a bad battery and they refused to compensate me for the new battery. On top of this they repeatedly ignored my calls and failed to get back to me when I reached out. Overall I had a terrible experience and wish I never worked will them.
