I left and I purchased the part from another dealer. This company has made every things convenient for themselves rather than for their customers. basically they bully their customers. I won't buy anythings from them and do not recommend them to any one. The only way we can change their business model is to go elsewhere where they value and respect their customers.There are hundreds of dealerships in the valley. I also received a call from Angel at the store letting me know they were in. Even though I had an appointment for Monday Angel advised they'd be able to get me in earlier. I arrived at the store about an hour and a half before closing. Angel gave me an approximate completion time and my car was actually ready well before that time! I have patronized numerous Discount Tires stores over the last 20+ years and have received nothing less than outstanding service. Many of my vehicles have required run flat tires and DTC has the highest quality at the most reasonable prices I've found.

I decided to try Brake Masters after reading quite a few reviews about them not taking advantage of people. Well, I made the appt and within 2 hrs (From start of appt to brake pads changed) I was out the door and spent significantly less then I anticipated! I'm incredibly happy with their service and both the front desk employee and the mechanic were professional and never did I feel taken advantage of or any attempt by either to upsell. The man working at the front (I can't believe i didn't get his name!) said that he was retired but works 1-2 days per week at this location after working there from when they opened in the 90's. There was an older lady who came in due to car troubles and he treated her so kindly. She seemed overwhelmed and frazzled and he was so warm. I overheard that her husband was his customer for over 20 years and just passed away last month. I heard him speaking on the phone with customers and he was just kind. Anyways, I sent my friend the work order receipt and he was surprised at how affordable this was. He understands cars and was the one who was sure that it was worn out brake pads. I'm very happy and recommend this location!
