Bought a battery in Show Low. A few months later the battery was dead after the truck was sitting here in Phoenix. Hunter charged it for me. A few weeks later it was dead again. Hunter checked it and said it was defective. The warranty was honored with a new battery that Hunter installed. He also checked the charging system after installation which passed. Each time I go into this location, I am reminded that there are still places that teach good customer service and require their employees treat the customers well! This time I needed a license plate frame, cuz the car wash bends it every time. Carlos stopped what he was doing and greeted me, and came away from the desk to help me find what I needed. He was patient and did not try to upsell me a more expensive frame. He said screws do not come with the frame so he picked out the correct ones (that would have taken me a while) he looked at the plate on my car to make sure they were the correct size and he even put it on for me. Since I am not young anymore, I was very happy about this above and beyond service! Also this location is always clean and organized, so is parking lot! Thanks! This is why I always come back! Outstanding service! Our rental car's tire went flat and the rental company said it was our problem. I called AAA and they came out and put air in it. All seemed fine, but the AAA serviceman inspected it for a puncture. He didn't see anything, so we drove on it and kept an eye out for signs of deflation. Sure enough, several hours later, we noticed it was going flat again. Suspecting a slow leak between the tire and rim, we headed to a nearby O'Reilly Auto Parts store. I spoke to the Assistant Manager and told him about our problem. Instead of trying to sell me anything, he suggested we take our car to a tire store. It was late in the day and I told him we were unfamiliar with the area, nor did we know if anyone was still open. He immediately started calling places for us, but couldn't get through, so he jumped in his vehicle and told us to follow him. We did and he found a local tire store. By the time I pulled in behind him, he had jumped out of his vehicle and was explaining our situation to the tire store manager! I didn't have to say a word! He then went back to his store. To top things off, the tire store he found for us found and fixed our problem (a nail in the tread), and refused any payment! That is service, above and beyond the call of duty! I purchased a pair of wiper blades from this location 3 months ago. I didn't realize up until last week that they were the wrong size when one flew off on the highway, whoops! I brought my car in with my remaining wiper blade and explained the situation. Juan happily helped me figure out the right size for my car and installed them, all free of charge. Bought a battery here 3 1/2 years ago for $145. (Price at Costco is $90) but I was in a bind. 1 1/2 years later, it died, as do all OReilly batteries. I should have known. They replaced it and a year and 8 months later, the "new" battery died. Took it to the store and was was told by an anti-customer service changa that it's Arizona and batteries die. Then told that the 3 year warranty expired. Apparently, according to her, the warranty is from the original purchase date, not the replacement date. So, two days of missing work because of their crap batteries. Go to Costco and avoid the garbage batteries that O'Reilly is selling. Costco doesn't ask questions at almost 1/2 the price. Save time and money and the aggravation of talking to someone with a bad attitude. Almost everything else sold here can be bought at a dollar store. read more

Worst store ever lived here for 30 years at the same location every time I go there same thing ,not willing to help and will not call other stores to locate part very disappointing in O'Reillys they're going downhill fast you're mechanic. read more

Always helpful & friendly to me. I have come here twice with headlights or tail lights out and the customer service guys have done a great job! Incredible service! I was heading out of town and my battery died. I got to O'Reilly and a gentleman named Juan helped me replace the battery. He noticed my terminal was completely corroded and he was nice enough to go out of his way to repair it for me on the spot.
