I go to the oreillys auto part store on 35th and union hills and was waiting in the parking lot til my customer called me about what parts he needed while I was waiting some guy comes out to my car interrupting me while trying to take care of business telling me I need to leave the premises cause I'm sitting there too long and I've bout parts from there many times I won't go back to that location no more the guy was rude saying it's a place of business and for me to wait somewhere else and I have not said anything to anyone that was coming to there store to shop so I don't know what his issue was but I've shop many times for my customers but I will not go back there to spend money until they get rid of the guy who was rude to me read more

Me and my 2 other friends went to this O'Reilly to buy a tire shine bottle, and after we bought the tire shine we got inside our cars and one employee came out yelling at us saying we stole the bottle of tire shine, I just showed him the receipt and he just threw back at me without saying sorry. Me and my friends went back inside the store and spoke to the other employee that sold us the tire shine and she apologized and later on the guy that yelled at us did too. I rarely complain about these types of things, but the way he yelled us and claimed we stole a $13.02 tire shine bottle felt really disrespectful and humiliating. read more

Our car was slow to start. We took it to auto zone right down the road from us. They said the battery was dead. They checked to see if it was under warranty and looked it up through phone numbers. Couldn't find it. Was going to cost over 250. We remembered we bought it at O'Rielly's. Went to this location and Chip started looking up our phone numbers. They found it. Chip and another gal Heather came out and checked the battery to see if it was their brand. It was and thank god under warranty. Heather stayed out and installed our new battery in the 105 temperature. My fiancé has a fractured back and osteoporosis. Could not believe someone could be so nice to do this. Thank you Heather. My left front tire had a slow leak. The woman who was very busy serving customers suggested it could have a nail embedded. She offered to check the tire. Even tough very busy she found the time to remove the screw in my tire and plug it. She was very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. I highly recommend this store. read more

I purchased a new power steering pump from Heather at this location. She was very helpful in making sure that I had all the parts I needed for my project. My mechanic installed the new pump an for whatever reason it was defective. I return it to the store and tried for a replacement but a new one wouldn't be available till the next day. Heather stated that she would deliver it to my mechanic as soon as it arrived. Heather and Shelby have always provided great customer service in all my visits to the store. read more

So, my drivers side brake light went out, and I needed a new one. This location was on my way home from work, so I stopped in. I was greeted right away and asked how I could be helped. I told them what I needed, they looked it up on the computer, went to the aisle it was in to get it for me, rung me up and I was on my way. The guys in the store were very friendly! Asked me how my day was going, how my Thanksgiving was etc etc. Really personable dudes. Because of that, I would not hesitate to stop in here again to get some auto parts. Might not be as cheap as getting something online, but if you need something now, and want great customer service, then this is your place! read more

Heather, Heather, Heather! Don't forget this lady's name because she is the one you want to talk to you when you go in there. So knowledgeable so helpful and extremely friendly! I work in customer service and I have to tell you this woman offers the best customer service that anybody can ask for. I went in with a simple question and she went above and beyond what she had to do for me. She changed out my windshield wipers installed my in cabin air filter and the one that goes in the engine, she filled up my washer fluid and changed my battery out! I will definitely be going back to this place and I recommend that you go there and specifically ask for Heather. If I could give her more than five stars and a pay raise I would! read more

My car wouldn't start one morning, so I decided to take the battery in to have it tested. The employee took it to the back to test it and said that it was completely dead. I bought a new battery from them and took it home and put it in the car. The car still wouldn't start so I decided to switch the batteries back, just in case the battery test was inaccurate. I called the store and was told that I could return the new battery for a refund and pick up the old one, so long as I came in before close since the old ones are picked up every morning. When I went in later that day, though they did give me a full refund, they couldn't locate me old battery. Makes me wonder if it really wasn't a dead battery and someone at the store just decided to take it for personal use. read more

I'm a local in phoenix area here and I shop quite frequently. This O'Reilly is a great example of people working who don't care about customer service, and are either very complacent or lost their drive for customer satisfaction. This is by far the slowest operating O'Reilly, and avoiding customers waiting at counter should never happen. Served another person who walked in after me as I wait at the counter they told me I would be served next at. Arthur and Dan the "Manager" proved to me tonight that exceptional service is last on their list. I will use the many surrounding locations instead. A little courtesy goes a long way. read more

I ended up leaving very unhappy with the rude service provided and went right across the street to circle k and bought what i needed less than the price match i was asking for. It was about 5:30pm when my boyfriend called to tell me his Jeep wouldn't restart. After coming to help and trying to jump start etc., we tried calling multiple places for help which offered no sympathy. Until we called this O'Reilly and drove 1 mile to speak with Erick. We explained the situation and he agreed it sounded like the battery. He offered my boyfriend use of his different size socket wrenches and allowed us to borrow the shop grade battery jump-starter and told us if we get it started to come back and he'd hook up the reader to check the internal battery issue. We drove back, hooked up the shop battery and his Jeep restarted immediately. Nonetheless, we came back to the store and gave back the wrenches and battery he let us borrow. He then helped hook up the reader, realized half his battery completed died and helped us get the new battery, removed our old one, and even put the new one back in for us with a gel sealant. Erick was absolutely amazing and super kind to strangers! Can't thank him enough! You're the best Erick!!!! (Enjoy the beers!) read more
