I was there yesterday morning after my car battery died, first the guy didn't believe me and say he tested the battery twice and it was good battery, I try to tell him that I don't want to go to work like that cause my car might die again and because my battery was under warranty from some reason he wasn't care ... I prefer O,Reilly over the other places for my auto needs. O'Reilly,s to me at least always has the small town auto parts store feeling, I have multiple cars and I like to tinker on my own vehicles and they see me often and they are always helpful and if I need to have a part ordered it typically is available for pick up a few hours later. The shop is very clean and organized the team is knowledgeable on parts and mechanical issues with great attitudes willing to make a customer happy. They do take your used motor oil, and provided a tool loaner program if a specialty tool is needed, let's face it sometime it's a once in a life time job why buy and expensive tool for it if you will only do it once? What I like the most is the parking lot is clean and the trash cans in front are not over flowing and building mountains of garage I'm on the side. They offer a military discount. read more

Sue at this location is absolutely fantastic! I initially went to AutoZone today, where they sold me a battery for my car, and then told me they couldn't install it after I purchased it. They told me I'd need to go to a mechanic or to Walmart to get it installed. I then went to O'Reilys to see if they could help me, and Sue told me that she was surprised that AutoZone told me they couldn't install it. She said it would be easy to do. So I ended up purchasing a battery with O'Reilys for the $30 less than what I paid at AutoZone and then waited with Sue while she installed it. It was quick, easy, and she was incredibly helpful and had great customer service skills. I highly recommend this O'Reilys and Sue, and am very grateful for her help. I ended up returning the battery I bought from AutoZone and got my money back. read more

I'd give this location one star, but I love oreillys and I'll always go here first. But if you do the tool rental don't even bother trying to return your (their) part to get your money back. This is the second time I've been told to go back to the location I got it from to return the part, went back to that oreillys, told them the situation and they were mad when they found this out. Only one guy at this location has done this to me and I've never had a problem going to any location to return a part. Came in Tuesday around 7 pm. Won't be going to this location again. read more

This used to be checkers and now is OReilly's. As an auto parts store it has about as mnuch as you could ask for. They have plenty of parking and except when the suicide lane is in effect, it is easy to get to. I would just like to recommend, Gage, who works there. I am not exactly a lamb being lead to the slaughter when it comes to my car, but reliable information does help. He thinks before he answers you. I like that. read more

I never imagined that I would be so happy with an auto parts chain to be compelled to write a review, but I am! About two years ago my car's battery died on my way to a final exam. I managed to get the car started and stopped in the O'Reilly in Tempe on University in a panic. They put a new one in within minutes and I made it to class on time. Fast forward to a little less than two years later, and my battery died again. I got a jump and went to the Bethany Home O'Reilly. They replaced the battery at no charge since it was still under warranty, and again, got me on the road quickly. Both incidents of excellent customer service have made me a loyal customer! read more

Stopped in here for a battery for my vehicle since I had a hard time starting my car a couple of times and didn't feel like having to jump it. I had bought batteries here prior, one and then another was gotten cause of their warranty. The second battery I found out, while at the store, only lasted less than 18 months even though it has a three-year warranty. I couldn't get another under warranty since it had already been used. I was disappointed it lasted such a short time, but I didn't want to take the chance of not being able to start my vehicle to drive to the next place so decided on getting another here. I was told they only sell one size battery for my vehicle, and it comes with either a two- or three-year warranty. The person behind the counter must not have had her coffee yet -- or something. She was rather grumpy and non smiling. After yelling for some help, I guess the pressure was off, and she was friendly after that. In fairness to her, why did she have to yell for them to come out to the front when there were customers standing around waiting to get help. What were they doing back there? One of the employees must be the resident battery changer. He changed my battery, and after tipping him, I was on my way. read more

Tonight I noticed my brake light wasn't working and came here after work. I was welcomed even though the gentlemen were assisting others. When it was my turn they came out to double check my brake lights and make sure I had the right product since I thought it was too late instead of one. I have been doing business with at the store at Bethany Home and & 7th St for 25 years long before Oreilly took it over. I usually bring in at least two 5 gallon containers of used oil for recycle at a time. I have 5 vehicles. I just stopped by the 7th St store to drop off three 5-gallon containers and buy oil and filters for my vehicles.The store manager told me he could only take one five-gallon container. I could bring another one tomorrow and another the following day. I told him I've been bringing 2-3 five-gallon containers to that store for a long time.I told him I didn't want to make two additional trips on two additional days when the containers were on the floor in front of him. He said he could only take one. I gave him the choice of taking the three containers or losing my future business. The decision was his. He chose to lose me as a customer. I took my three containers and my future business to Auto Zone. I will not do business with that store again! read more

Awesome store. I had an issue with both brake lights not working and thought it may have been an electrical wiring issue. Fortunately it was just a simple $4 bulb fix. Mostly I was surprised how helpful the staff was. An associate named Jeremy helped troubleshoot my car and even provided some tools. I don't like to leave negative reviews but O'Reilly cost me 8 hours of time. My small Prius battery failed and so I figured I could replace it myself that day instead of waiting a few with an online ordered battery and save some money doing it myself. I was sold a defective Prius battery that also didn't come with the appropriate adapter for the vent tube. The men working Sunday night gave me an adapter that was not a fit for the battery and in the end they shrugged and said they had no ideas. I got some help from the gentleman at the O'Riley on 19th Ave about the vent tube but their supply chain failed to provide the appropriate adapter as well. After I installed the battery anyway my Prius wouldn't start because the battery the sold me was bad. I had to jump it and now my mechanic is handling everything. I talked to the store manager Francisco and the district manager Jose but the best the could offer were some discounts and a 20$ gift card. Unfortunately this doesn't fix their supply chain or really compensate for my time, effort, or lyft fare. I don't recommend buying a Prius battery from here. read more
