Between getting diagnosed and repairs but they took their time to make sure the job was done right. In the end I needed a new transmission. Thank God for a warranty because the cost whew! The entire staff was absolutely helpful and friendly during the entire process and they contacted the warranty company for me and got the rental information and did all the paperwork. I just showed up and signed and was done! Special kudos to Brandy for all of her help and patience she never seem stressed when I called with a question or concern. I also love that they have the ability to text the status of your car to you. It's nice to get updates on the status and when the work is complete. I informed him Lexus recommends never to mix universal coolant with Lexus lifetime coolant. The rep responded with a smirk, "ok, then I won't top it off". It's important to me that the proper fluids are being used as recommended. I'd rather pay Lexus that extra $30 and drive another 15 min to ensure my investment is being cared for as recommended.
