To their credit, they were replaced for free. However, it happened 2 more times after that. This last time the car sat there for 4 weeks. No phone calls, zero communication other than when I would call for an update. Each time they said they will get to it next day. Nope, nothing for a whole month. I finally went to pick it up (unfixed) and was lied to about the car. They said they'd been driving it to keep it running, but the battery was completely shot. Now the car still isn't fixed, had to buy a new battery since they let it sit for so long. 0/10 would not recommend if you actually want a solution to your car problems.

The man behind the counter was nice but the computer froze up while searching for the headlamps that were compatible to my vehicle. He walked away to help other people while I waited. A woman then took over to help me. In a couple minutes she located the part # and talked me into two new bulbs instead of one and it cost me $43 total even with the discount, but I needed good ones. The man came out to put them in for me. It took about 30 minutes to put them in, but all is well that ends well. I had new BRIGHT headlights in about 45 minutes.

We narrowed it down to one part and I ended up buying it for about $50. I went home watched a YouTube video, and replaced the part myself. First guy I encountered was GREAT, (although he said he's quitting soon, so there's that) but second guy walked in and said "there's Mr One Star Review" and shot me a snide look. I asked him why he felt the need to run his mouth to a customer , he promptly told me off , I stepped outside and let my employee who was with me handle the remainder of the transaction. The second employee proceeded to follow me outside to threaten and intimidate further. Jeff was cool with me while I was angry and venting, and assured me we would have a meeting with the GM to discuss this matter . In fact that was a lie. The battery I was sold was bad, so I returned 3 hours later , only to be met by Jeff ( who has always been the nicest most chill laid back guy , until today) who had the shíttest attitude with me over what HIS worker created and refunded my money instead of exchanging my battery and told me we wouldn't be doing anymore business in the future. All with unwarranted condescending attitude. Alls well, 20 years of loyal purchasing for myself and my customers , not worth a damn to your company . Your fat lazy mouthy employee needs fired, Jeff needs to retire , and the whole damned place needs a new crew. And Advance had the same battery 23$ cheaper , delivered to me, with none of the hostile BS ...
