Just reviewing for this location and the in particular the staff. Failed to grab any names to give credit to b/c auto zone is like harbor freight in their ability to create and maintain clear levels of customer expectations in general. In terms of the products, quality, you get what you pay or wont do on yourself. That stability of expectations is also the reason they look identical with the same trashy accessories from 15 years ago without the surprise finds at harbor freight. Overall, their introduction a 2nd option of diagnostics is dramatically undervalued and has saved me the thousands. 4.5 for this location and usually 4 for other, but I applaud anyone that helps predatory behavior from dealerships. went to buy gloves and it turned out they were on sale, when I went to check out though they were significantly more expensive then advertised. I asked the cashier about it and she said the sale had ended and they had just forgot to take down the tag. the manger then told her to charge me full price regardless of what the tag said so I went to O'reilly's. Had to come here to get parts to fix my husband's car. The website had some problems and we got a wrong delivery. The staff here were so helpful! The newer staff were open about when they were unsure of an answer and directed us to a senior staff member who got the part we needed and personally contacted us for updates! The cherry on top: when our car door wasn't closing properly, the staff came to help us free of charge and tried to get the hinges of the door back in place. Absolutely amazing staff!! read more

Slow AF! Pathetic. An old guy with a cane has a good personality and knowledge, but could maybe read the room and quit talking about family parties and picnics and the last 5 dogs he ever owned. I'm not joking. The other guy was in the back continuously, looking for something he never found from what I could see, with no communication with other customers waiting. IDK, how about, " I'll be with you folks in about __ minutes, I'm just about done," or, or, LMT, multitask!! We had a bad alternator that needed to be fixed, and this was the only store in range that we could get the car to because it's battery was on its last 1%. We got here and got the alternator, but we're waiting for my brother in law to get off work in three hours and come help us change it. Well, one of the employees offered to help us on his and came out with tools and changed the thing in the parking lot for us right then and there! Wonderful customer service, they saved us a few hours of waiting and then another hour or two of trying to figure out the alternator on our own! Would highly recommend this place! read more

Would not normally review this, but the year, such as it is...everyone masked up in here, store is a bit tight and small, but fairly well-laid out and seems to have all the requisite stuff you would need in a pinch on hand. Went there while on a road trip because my car was throwing more codes than a hacker in Russia. Super friendly and they let me use their scanner to learn more details on the issue. I usually have a code reader with me, then look it up on forums, but forgot it this time- they had a cool program that that gave a nice summary of my O2 sensor issue. They printed it and gave it to me with no pressure to but anything there. I drove back home to Portland where I could order parts and fix it at home. read more

I agree with the others, TERRIBLE service. One employee in particular named Brent was on the phone the ENTIRE TIME. I brought in two containers full of oil to be emptied, he gets off the phone, I ask if I can empty them myself, he says no because they recently had an accident... The dreaded CHECK ENGINE light! It'd be fair to say that I'm not completely ignorant when it comes to automotive stuff, but enough to get myself in trouble. Luckily, a great guy named Doug came to my rescue. He was efficient, friendly and actually looked up how to replace a simple sensor which saved a sucker like me a lot of money at the mechanic. He made me feel a ton better about not knowing what I was doing and made me feel confident I could easily fix it myself. BUYER BEWARE! Bought a battery here years ago and it kept going dead. Autozone would charge the battery and give it back. Finally, after demanding they replace the battery with a new one under my warranty, they gave me what I thought was a brand-new battery. Then, a few months later it died. Instead of hassling with Autozone, I called AAA to take a look. Low and behold, he showed me not only had they given me the bottom feeder of batteries, it was USED!! Horrible costumer service I had to pretty much beg the employees to help me. They just didn't seem interested in helping their customers. I've never had a problem with autozone before and their employees have been very helpful, but at this location they are. Update: I went back to this autozone... same story. Chad sucks. Stopped in to replace a fuse. Didn't have a fuse puller or pliers so asked if I could borrow pliers for five seconds to pull. Clerk responded (with a chuckle), got some for $5 I could sell you. Managed to pull it with my girlfriend's tweezers from her purse. Then had to go in and pay $5 for the fuse. Crappy customer service. read more

The service here is terrible. Most of them are incompetent and a few of them are purposely belligerent, Jeremy in particular. I rented a compression tester that didn't work very well and when I brought it back he wouldn't let me return it claiming that I had broken it. If you know exactly what you need and come in with a part number the employees might just claim it's not in stock to get out of walking back and finding it. I stopped in to have battery checked , just as I thought it was bad. I need a new asked on a price the guy told me 166.00 I was like ok thanks. I called a friend who said that was really high let him see what he could do asked me what battery type it was, so since I had already left I called and spoke to another gentleman who told me the type and quoted me price that was very diff and forty bucks cheaper with 3 yr warranty . TERRIBLE customer service and products. I bought a battery a year ago and it died on me, so I took it back in under my warranty and they had to decide whether it was good or not. Their battery reader read it as "good" and they wouldn't uphold the warranty. Since I couldn't get my car to start even after charging the battery, and nothing else wrong with the car, I said I would just purchase a new one then. The manager Jeremy Adams gave me quite a bit of attitude about it, (even though I was willing to spend more money). I would recommend no one go here.
