She had 24 hours to make the decision due to unfortunate circumstances. I l called every open shop. Went to big O tires and they wouldn't touch the car without paying them or give me a breakdown receipt of what they thought it could be, and refused to print it off to price compare. These amazing humans lifted the car up, walked me out and let me video exactly what was wrong, gave me honest advice in 10 minutes. Sent us on our way no charge. He said it's first come first serve basis so i brought my car in as early as possible. They didn't try to sell me on getting new tires or breaks or anything, although i know I'll need these in the next year. They fixed the tire and sent me on my way within 15 minutes of arriving. I paid......nothing! Harrison said it was a small job happy to help. Here's the thing - even though I wasn't charged, I'll definitely be referring people to them. I already referred a family member who said they'll be going to Hillside in the next month or so for some work. I'll be sure to keep referring.
