I just moved from NC and noticed my headlight was out. I don't have any of my household goods and tools so I needed something quick to help change out the light bulb. I called ahead of time and explained the situation and the associate over the phone was very friendly and glad to help. Always decent service, and right by my house. It seems like every time I go there's 10 people needing their battery checked, part tested, or something. Jen was awesome!! I needed to use the their motor oil reclamation station and the store was packed with customers. Between helping customers Jen made eye contact and asked if I needed assistance. I was shocked and asked for motor oil reclamation. She promptly said yes and that once I returned inside she would guide me to the station. She did and was cheerful and bubbly the whole way. After having my car at the dealership for 5 days, and telling me they could not reproduce the issue I was having. I stopped by Autozone the next morning after getting my vehicle back as that was where I purchased the battery 9 months ago. The manager, Bobby was very helpful, tested the battery and immediately said it was bad. He removed it and replaced with a new one at no cost. My boyfriend called asking if they had a certain tool and the lady worker told him "idk you have to come and look for yourself" like okay what was the point of calling. So we go and we found the tool he needed and she took us at the cash register and was giving us additude from the start. This place used to be great with helpful employees. But there seems to have been a big change. I wouldn't recommend going here if unless you want to be insulted, belittled and told you would be laughed at if you went to any auto store (Autozone, O'Reillu's, etc.) and asked for battery or check engine light. The man who came out to test my battery (purchased here) said loudly to another employee that he never bought that type because it was the lowest kind and junk. Well, I'm very happy that he is so well off that he can purchase the most expensive batteries for his vehicle, but sometimes a battery goes out before payday and one has to make do with what they can afford. Talking to someone like they're stupid for their due diligence in checking a battery after noticing flickering lights isn't cool. I'll never go here again. The 2 stars are for the guy who said he was new but had the decency to tell me after the other guys rant that it was better to be safe than sorry by checking my battery. I'll stick with places who don't laugh at customers. read more

This place is a typical car repair place. I think many times it gets lost that this is an auto parts store not an auto repair shop. The people working there can be helpful but they are not certified mechanics that are going to completely fix your car. Many times you will know more about your one or two vehicles that you own instead of a person at the store knowing about every vehicle in existence. I am not defending those that work here and have bad attitudes but I look at the employees here like people in a hobby shop. They will help you and possibly guide you in the right direction but you have to take that with a grain of salt. Service was pretty quick as I just went in to pick up a rear wiper blade and I saw the employees actively helping customers and going out to their cars offer further assistance. This sometimes takes them away from the registers and the wait might be a minute because they are assisting other customers but not so much that you are waiting for a long time. They also offer a discount so ask and the discount is display openly as you walk in the store. Overall not a bad place to get what you need to do minor repairs on your vehicle that you can do yourself. read more

Came in the previous night because my battery died on me. They were about to close so the gentleman that helped me said to come back in the morning that way I can leave my car there and they will charge it up for free. Showed up the next day only to be treated poorly by a different associate who even told me I should have gone to O'Reilly, as if I was wasting his time. He didn't want to charge my car or assist me in any way. He treated me as if I didn't know anything. Such a shame because the guy the night before was really helpful. I had the pleasure of visiting this location today to replace a headlight. I had called 4 other places that did not carry that specific model or had it, but charged an arm and a leg to replace on top of two hour+ wait. I had no idea how to replace the bulb itself and was worried I was gonna have to figure it out. I went in nervous and Caleb helped me out by finding my part at a lower price than other retailers AND replacing my part! The whole transaction took less than 20mins! This location is the most convenient for us. We usually come here first. The staff is always friendly. It had been over a year since my last visit and the man there remembered who I was, although he was a little flirty. He was very helpful though and super nice!
