So i finally took my vehicle to an auto repair shop and they where taking their sweet time, and I was not having it, I demanded a better effort or a good recommendation, and they refered me to certified transmission. The parking lot is a bit small, but once inside, the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and didn't smell like oil or cars like some other shops do (which I really appreciated!). I was greeted right away and even offered a complimentary ride home while they worked on my car which was such a nice touch. The gentleman who gave me the ride was very kind and seemed genuinely trustworthy. They called me once my car was ready and arranged for pickup, which made the entire process super convenient. This service alone makes coming here worth it as I hate having to waste time sitting around in a shop! I also loved that they sent me a detailed digital report with pictures of everything they inspected and noted any issues. It's so helpful to actually see what they're referring to. They will offer to assist with some items like wiper blade replacement and light bulbs I assume that battery swaps are not a problem.
