There are no shortage of oil change options in the medical center area, which can be tempting when issues like this come up. Valvoline Babcock will still be my go to for oil changes knowing that Richard is reasonable and has always corrected any issues.

I brought my car in at 7:30am for a tire rotation, plus an oil and air filter change. Since I was 4th in line, I budgeted for ~2 hours of wait time, and I was correct in my estimate. Instead of sitting in their glum waiting room, I went out and got breakfast at a nearby Einstein's bagels, caught up on emails, did some grocery shopping inside the Walmart, and came back once they called me on the phone. So...yeah, lackluster speed but if you make use of the time given, it's easily bearable. :-)

The gentleman who gave me the ride was very kind and seemed genuinely trustworthy. They called me once my car was ready and arranged for pickup, which made the entire process super convenient. This service alone makes coming here worth it as I hate having to waste time sitting around in a shop! I also loved that they sent me a detailed digital report with pictures of everything they inspected and noted any issues. It's so helpful to actually see what they're referring to. I chose not to fix a few things right away due to cost, but I really appreciate their transparency and the information so I can plan and budget for future repairs.
