I got the correct parts from auto zone. When I returned, they accepted some parts but required an ID process and didn't give me a receipt. When I came back with the receipt for the remaining parts, they refused to help. And the manager just became impatient with me. After calling them about my refund, which i never received somehow I was left on hold for 15 minutes, and the manager just said he was on a break and couldn't assist. In the end, I never got my refund, and I'm out $100. I then went to another O'Reilly's store to try and return the remaining parts that they never accepted, and they had no issue at all--they accepted my receipt and refunded me right away. I will not be returning to the this O'Reilly's again.

Without hesitation they stepped up to diagnose the cooling system. Though they don't typically work on this kind of car, they dove right in and identified the simplest of fixes: old coolant recovery cap wasn't keeping pressure. I should have known to check this before I put many miles on this thing, but thankfully Ron's was there immediately to save my engine and my trip. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
