Finally arrived 2 days before i was supposed to use it and was not completed as ordered. I spent 2 full days scrambling to finish it myself. I wired them the agreed upon adjusted payment. Now a month and a half after paid in full I'm still waiting on a title. They are really good at saying we'll look into that and then radio silence until I call back again. If it's really the supplier you're waiting on, ditch them. This is not just a supplier issue. I've had more reliable service from a paperclip.
