I told him what I wanted. He showed me where the correct wiper blades were located, recommended which one I should purchase and then offered to install them! I know they can be troublesome to install so I quickly agreed. He went out to my Palisade and installed the blades. This is service well beyond anything I was expecting. I gave Autozone/Glen five stars!

After calling them about my refund, which i never received somehow I was left on hold for 15 minutes, and the manager just said he was on a break and couldn't assist. In the end, I never got my refund, and I'm out $100. I then went to another O'Reilly's store to try and return the remaining parts that they never accepted, and they had no issue at all--they accepted my receipt and refunded me right away.
