I told him what I wanted. He showed me where the correct wiper blades were located, recommended which one I should purchase and then offered to install them! I know they can be troublesome to install so I quickly agreed. He went out to my Palisade and installed the blades. This is service well beyond anything I was expecting. Without hesitation they stepped up to diagnose the cooling system. Though they don't typically work on this kind of car, they dove right in and identified the simplest of fixes: old coolant recovery cap wasn't keeping pressure.
