Dan, K, Moses and the rest of the awesome gang at the Autozone March Ln. location in Stockton, Ca as it is with a doubt one of the best in the business! My car ironically broke down on me in their parking lot. The entire staff helped me by testing my starter, alternator and charging up my battery for me several times as I diagnosed my vehicle and its problems. I of course, spent some money inside for materials/parts needed on my vehicle, but never at their insistence. Therefore, I will never have any doubts about where to go for quality, friendly customer service and help when I'm having car trouble. Thank you guys and gals at Autozone, you are awesome! read more

When ever I come here to purchase anything the service is SOOOOOO slow. It's bc they will have 2 employees on the cash register serviceing one customer each for 10 to 20 mins. Went in to the store because I simply needed a new bolt for my license plate frame and a headlight. The store manager was awesome! He personally went with me out to my car to replace my license plate bolt and offered to put in my headlight. He also checked my air filters as the dealership had said they needed to be replaced and they actually did not. What WONDERFUL customer service. I live in Sacramento but travel to Stockton approx 3 days a week. I will always stop here for any car questions or needs that I have. Trustworthy and they really care! THANK YOU!!! read more

Forgot to post this review but i went in for a air filter and the manager helped me out, he also helped me tighten my battery cables. It was the BEST costumer service i have recieved by far. Very good service. Jose put a new battery in the car and saved me because I didn't have the right tools to do it. He was a very friendly guy and I could tell he was trustworthy because I know a little about cars. They were there when I needed them and had the battery for the Mercedes, which isn't your run of the mill car. Glad I went there! read more

I never use yelp to post about businesses but today at AutoZone Chris the store manager for free offered to test my battery for me. After it was determined it was bad he sold me a new one and I said to him"too bad there's not someone around here who would install it for 20 bucks". He immediately let me know that he would install it after he attended to the next customer. It took him about five minutes and when I offered him $20 he said no just let your friends know about us.So that's what I'm doing! read more

Just called here to ask the lady if they sell any US Military car decals and they just hung up. Thank you for saving me the trouble of not going to this Auto zone. I understand if your busy or dont know how to answer a certain question, but telling me to hold on the line while pretending to look up my question only to hang up is just bad business practice and just lazy. read more

Last Thursday I drove from San Diego to Stockton in my 2007 Chrysler Crossfire. When I arrived to Stockton I realized I needed new headlights and wiper blades. I found an Auto Zone on March Lane and went in to get the parts. Jordan was helping me and neither item was in the computer, so he went outside and took the old parts from my car and then went inside and found the matching parts for me! Was very impressed and pleased with the service I received from the employees and the store manager Anthony. All went out of their way to assist me with a difficult situation with my front license plate. After a few unsuccessful attempts to remedy my problem, the manager Anthony took over and fixed the problem himself. I was taking my car in to get a smog check and the inspector said i needed a 'PCV hose'. I came in and left in less than 2min with a new PCV hose that was cut into two and put in. Brandon did the job and did it quick. Thanks man. read more

I went to auto zone to buy break pads.no lines very curtious great.Intell i got home opened package up the pads where all chipped up and had no clips.I went back to return then and they said oh thats wered.They were not shocked at all.I got another set no problem with clips.But jose made a joke you owe me a drink.say what ,no you owe me a drink.It seems like they knew about the chiped brake pads and they were just going to resell them to somebody and hope they didnt notice not good business at all.Dont have jose A help you ,he doesnt know what hes doing.He also never apoligized for selling me damaged and returned parts. read more
