I had to find somewhere this evening that would help me with my car and didn't know where to go. I looked on Yelp to find the closest location for an auto parts store and this store is what came up. One of my headlights was out and I had a light out that shines on my back license plate. When I walked into the store I asked if one of the employees who were sitting behind the counter would be able to help me replace my headlight on the driver side. They looked at each other and one asked the other if they were allowed to do that and he was told it was completely up to him, his choice. Thank goodness one of the employees was happy to help me. I believe his name is Carlos. I should've asked for his name because I definitely want to acknowledge the great customer service he showed me. I looked on my receipt and that's the name it stated on my receipt. He was very friendly and went above and beyond with helping me because the light over my license plate was difficult to get to but he was able to do it once he got a tool that was needed. Thank you so much for your kindness and great customer service. If only everyone was so great when it came to situations like this. I definitely will be back if I need something again and I hope to see him there again. read more

3/14/2020. I was just there to purchase car wash supplies at the store but there was no dedicated checkout line. There were 3 people at the counter all helping people there for parts. 2 assistant manager and one guy in black shirt. I had to wait in line like all the other people there for parts. Took me about 10 min just to spend my money there. This place needs better management. read more

Never disappoints! I came today looking to replace my windshield wipers. Valerie was the only one in the store. Helping customers. It was busy enough! She offered to install my newly bought windshield wipers. What a great asset to the company! She also helped another customer asking her to show him how to remove his windshield wipers. A friend recommended not getting wiper blades at Costco... said they can chatter and not do a good job. Sooo...I was on a mission since rain was in the forecast and my old wiper blades died a noble death. I vaguely remembered that one of the auto parts stores would install the blades if you bought them there. A call to O'Reilly's confirmed that. They were not busy when I arrived and a nice lady at the counter looked up my sizes on the computer. She retrieved them for me, I paid and another employee installed them in minutes! Talk about service...couldn't have been easier. The employee also suggested that I save my old blades and put them back on for the summer and thereby extending the life of my new blades (I park outside so they get baked by our hot sun) $40 for three blades...yikes. I thought they used to be like four bucks! lol read more

So the boyfriend just called me with a dead battery. Too much listening to the radio in the parking lot. I rush off to rescue him 20 minutes away and then realize when I get there that I took the jumper cables out of my truck last week and they're sitting in my garage. ( I promise we are both a lot smarter than this review is making us sound lol) We headed over to this O'Reillys which was the closest auto parts place. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a friendly "Hi. How are you?" We asked where the jumper cables were and were directed right to them. We grabbed what we needed, walked right up to the counter and paid. The employee Jeff who had greeted us and directed us to what we needed was again genuinely friendly and welcoming. We paid and were out of the store in probably less than 5 minutes. Outside of lower prices and a front door that isn't smashed and boarded up with plywood, I'm not sure what more you could ask for in an auto parts store. Good customer service is what keeps people coming back and I would definitely return to this store. read more

This store SCAMS people who go in to charge car batteries and find out if their car battery is good or not. I had went into get a charge and check my battery to see if it's good or bad, I had left my enterstate battery to get a charge and whn I went back to pick it up I was told that MY battery was NO LONGER GOOD. I then left and took my battery to where I bought it b/c I had a warranty on it. it turns out my battery is good and had a full charge from the O'Reilly store charging it up for me. SO the O'Reillys store LIED TO ME SO I WOULD BUY A BATTERY PERHAPS??? what ever the case this store is not a trustworthy one. SHAME ON THEM read more

I've always gone here for the parts I need. The crew there are really great! Especially Megan. She's really likes to greet the customers. The other guys do the same, too. The one thing I groan about is seeing only one crew member at the register with a customer and there's three others waiting. I know it's lunch but it's got to be spread out a bit more. One can take an early lunch or one can take a break. It's best when there's two people helping customers. Because there is no team if it's only one. read more

The last two times I went there, they totally ignored me. As I enter, no greeting. As I exit, no goodbyes. I don't really care about that, though, but I believe a good business should have good business practices. The wait in line is about 30-45 minutes. SERIOUSLY! They do a lot of small talk and cupcaking. There would be about 2-3 employees talking to one customer about BS. The last, most recent time I went there, I just dropped my things on the ground and left. I was waiting for 20 minutes, and thinking back on the previous times I was there waiting for 30-45 minutes, I decided to just leave. They are really really rude, trust me. They don't give a damn about anyone. Some of them probably think they are thugs. They aren't nothing but sorry asses who could easily get their asses whooped. Freaking wannabees. Iam starting to think oreilly makes anyone a manager .... the manager here "Dave" is a joke we had a conversation over the phone and he got mad and walk off like a kid all because I stated the HUMAN RESOURCES name , which brings me to my second issue he treats the employees very rudely especially if they are bilingual with a slight language barrier I had walked in to this oreilly to find out him and a female name sonny were speaking very rude about an employee that didn't understand English very well not a place I will spend my money at , sorry oreilly you need to step your game up and get management that want to work not people who don't want to be there, but want money. read more

This location has always been good to us but today was exceptional. There was an employee by Timothy W. He gave us such outstanding and phenomenal customer service. He suggested a part that would last longer and also suggested a grease to help maintain keeping the part clean and functional. He was so great with his greeting right when we walked into the door and friendly small talk. He even put the bulb into my car and made sure it worked. I offered him a $5 tip but he politely refused! I had the worst experience ever. This person, Brandon should never be allowed to work with customers ever. The rudeness of this person should be listed in the guness world book of records for the worst person ever. He said he was giving me a discount but after the sale was rang the price was still the same. When I was trying to explain that he did not give me a discount he proceeded to talk on the phone to another customer as if I wasn't even talking to him. I work extremely close to this store and though I knew that the oil cost more at this store it was more convenient to go there. Never again!!!! read more

While taking my car in for an oil change I was informed that the shop did not stock the canister filter that my car required so I had to track one down myself. After making a few calls I managed to find one here. The prince was reasonable and it wasn't too far away. So yesterday (Easter Sunday) my husband and I had to get some things for our car. Well first we went to Autozone on West Ln. Worst mistake ever. The employees there was like lost in space....so needlesz to say we went over to O' Reilly's. The young man Michael was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Even the older gentleman Lepoldo he was extremely nice. So sorry to say but we will only shop here no more Autozone....too bad because I really used to like them! By the way on Saturday we went to 2 Autozones and 1 didn't have what we needed and the other one sold us the wrong part. That's why we ended up there again on Sunday. read more
