Excellent customer service skills. Quality requested service and value. All i came in for was for a tire rotation, but unfortunately my tires tread depth didn't meet the requirements for the tire rotation. It was too low on depth at 2, 2, 3. I was planning on wearing down my tire until the metal start showing lol . I was short on cash in my bank account. But Alex insist i get it taken care of today for my safety. I couldn't afford it currently because i was laid off and waiting to apply for unemployment benefits to see how much i will make. Alex did a wonderful job at showing me everything i could get with the 3 tire replacements. Showed me all the pricing and everything that was included which are the insurance that America's tire will replace and insure my tires if anything happen to it, to get it replace for free. The only charge is to renew my insurance once again for just under $20. He helped me find the best lowest price ever with a quality tire at that. Alex referred me to Anthony whom helped me find a deal that was affordable according to my very little money in my bank account. This is the only location so far that have serviced my car than any other america's tire location. The best america's tire location that constantly provided me with free services like tire repairs and tire rotations. We bought tires here for my car. All 4 brand new tires. The same day we bought the tires we noticed the car would scrape over get speed bump, driveway, you name it.... It scraped. Badly! Fast forward to today... we brought the car to the tire shop to be told that they would zip tie my pan cover to stop it from scraping???!!!! I DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM PRIOR TO BUYING NEW TIRES!!! I had a screw sticking out of the side of my tire . the fat white dude that's a so called store manager said since my tire was in the red they couldn't replace it. I was using my spare tire on my vehicle and needed my tire repaired. I explained the situation to the technician. Unfortunately, the technician never looked at the tire that needed replacement (which was in the trunk of the vehicle) but he did inform me that a new tire will cost $575.00. I informed the technician that I will have to explore other options and left. I decided to drive to the America's Tire on Pacific Avenue, Nicholas was eager to assist me. I explained the situation to him and Nicholas took the tire out of the trunk, looked the car up in the system, checked the tread, and provided a price of $154! Huge difference in CUSTOMER SERVICE within the same company. My dad 85 years old took his 2017 impala with 25,000 miles in because they said it had a bent wheel.After searching we found a set of 4 alloy wheels.they had like new tires on them.He took one in and asked to have it put on car.Tire was a centennial so they didn't match the firestone that was on car.The wheels ended up being for a malibu instead so different cent hole diamater.they had removed tire from wheel to put firestone on.He asked they to put tire and wheel in trunk.Next morning I came to his house,went to remove.Wheel but no tire,so he called they said tire was gone.They said they would try to find were it went.NO CALL.He called 3 times.He was on his way down to shop when he fell getting into car.He is battling cancer.I called to get it handled.Manager was gone.Than never had tire on it!.Than I was told to bring another down so they could look at brand.I drove down there.Than was told no the other time was bold,thank was to old.Nothing they would do.That is a terrible was to treat a older guy and a vet. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would.. bought a car through Carvana and less then 48 hours of having it my car is shaking if I go above 50 mph. Thought it was unbalanced, brought the car into America's tire as it was covered under the Carvana (silver rock's) warranty and found out my front two tires needed to be replaced and my right tire was separating. Anthony took the time and patience (almost 2 hours on the phone) to help me get the claim started and approved same day as silver rock wanted to give us the run around. Just stop by this location and witness David, a great service technician, assumed responsibility for a customer's tire that had not shown up on time. He offered the customer a higher-performance tire at the same cost. He was extremely friendly and customer-focus oriented. This is the first time I'm bringing my Benz here, so I will definitely be back. My car is now being attented to by Cesar, J. So far so good. A remarkable representative of this establishment. I always go here for air checks, rotate and balances, tire changes, rims. They're always professional and takes care of their customers. I don't usually pay attention to their names but they've always been respectful. The other location on pacific has cat called me before with whistling so I don't go there. On the other hand, a couple years ago when I would pull up to air checks the wait would be awhile. They seem to not pay attention for some reason. I'm communicative so instead of just leaving, I get out of my car and ask if someone can do an air check. Then they do their job. Honestly they lack in the air check and make people wait a long time, but they also could be focused on their work. Sometimes they don't tighten the air caps well, so it's best if you tighten them yourself just in case. Also, they always seem to have a problem with my caps on my rims. They say it broke or it can't be put on because it's going to fall off anyways, but they tend to replace it for free. I came in today to look at some rims and the guy took his time with me looking for rims I'd like and even brought out a rim that looked similar to what I wanted to order in so I could take a look at it in person. Overall, I'd still go here but if you're afraid they will damage your tires or rims, take pictures beforehand. I'd say to do that in any shop you bring your car into. read more

I called at 8:03 to see if they would have my tire. They stated they had the tired it would need to be picked up from a different store. I got my car towed to the shop at 9am. They stated the car would be done at 12. Got a text that said service was completed showed up at 1pm for my car to still be sitting in the parking lot. They told me it would be another 30min wait because the tire just arrived. I left to kill time and attempt to be accommodating returned at 2 to still see my car sitting in the same spot. They finally started working on my tire repair at 2:05 and finished at 2:12. I just would've appreciate some clear communication it was already hard attempting to get around without a car but to have to come back to the establishment on 3 separate occasions after being told the car is finished is a bit much! I have had nothing but bad experiences coming to this place. I will no longer be giving this place my business. For one, I had brand new rims that were black, what did they do? They stuck a metal pry bar to remove my old tire and scratched up my rims. The second time around I asked them to use a rag on the pry bar or something to prevent more scratching.... that time they lost the tension ring to my rim cap .... they made up for it and bought me a replacement, but that's not where it ends. I just started pulling my wheels off of my vehicle to perform a brake and rotor replacement and I had the hardest time removing 2 lug nuts.. turns out they cross threaded them and forced them in..... now my studs need to be replaced because they have messed up threads. This place just tries to sweep their mistakes under the rug instead of owning up to their mistakes. read more

Second time here in a couple months. The rain created a lot of pot holes, which wreaked havoc on unfamiliar drivers like me. Potholes everywhere! I had purchased tires from them before (different location), and they'd saved my contact information, so it was super easy. They're really friendly and treated me like they'd known me for years. For me who commutes a long distance to get here for work, it was super important that I could get my service done while I waited since I don't have anyone to rely on to take me or pick me up. I can't believe how efficient they are. "Should have it done in 45 minutes or less, sir." "What, really?" Not having a car miles from home is super stressful. Went to manteca location to get service...they didnt have my tire, so they put a spare.on and told me id have to wait till tuesday. Its a 3 day weekend and we have a busy schedule. Made a couple calls...found out AT in stockton on hammer had a matching tire and were so kind to add me to the waiting list so they could see me by the time i made it over (since i already had to wait a good amount of time in manteca till i could get service). As soon as I walked in, there was a line, but with Cameron's good eye he knew it was me and called someone immediately to get me taken care of. I had tore a valve stem on my atv, as i was loading it up on trailer to head out of town. I brought it to them on my way out of town, they fixed it and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. I have been coming here for years because the service is impeccable! The last two times however December 2021 have been lacking in customer service. Leaving people in long wait lines while 2-3 people answer phones. Is not great. Me and another gentleman were actually discussing this in line because we were both surprised. I am not sure if they have new front office people but the customer service was better before. I had to come in twice and this happened both times.
