Took our car there for overheating. Gave us an estimate of a little over 900.00 included in this was a 165.00 diagnostic fee and "in writing" said it was the water pump and radiator hose. Seemed very expensive. We took the car to another mechanic and we were told all it was, was the radiator hose and the total cost with his diagnostic was $80.00. We bought the hose. Needless to say we feel that A+auto repair is a rip off and this business should be ashamed. read more

The guys who work here have always been very upfront and honest about what needs to be fixed, why and their estimates have been pretty spot on. I've never had to take my car back to fix a problem with any repair work so the quality has been 100% or as perfect as humans can be. Take your car in for one thing something else will end up wrong right after .The very first problem I had with my vehicle I took here. An oil leak. It took me going back and forth to get him to find the leak after he told me I didn't have one. Fixed the leak in two days. The very first rain we get my car is leaking water from under the glove box. Of coarse when I called the shop they tell me to bring it in the try to charge a diagnostic. Was sent to A+ Auto through CarMax as its is a RepairPal partner. I would not recommend going, as they wanted me to pay over $500 over the deductible for parts and labor. I picked up the car without being fixed to find it had new warning light on, and ended up having to be towed the the dealership, who then fixed all the problems for the original deductible without over charging as A+ Auto tried to do. A+ Auto is a shady dishonest business, stay away. read more

I came here today to do some work on my Acura RDX. Before that, probably 8 months ago, I came here to do something on my Lexus ES350. On both occasions, my expectation were not just met but exceeded. They did good job, finished in a timely fashion, and charged me reasonably low if I compare them with other mechanics in the area. I needed to get a rejected smog inspection repair. Oddly, one place I used before doesn't do smog repair any more. This place would. I'll give this place a try. They got it done for me. He was methodical when checking out things to see why I was failing the inspection. He started from the easier to repair items and finally ended up checking out the catalytic muffler. It was no good. Totally wasted. It was just replaced a few years ago but it was no doubt one of the cheaper after market parts available. It was reflected in the price. This shop prefers to use the factory cats but Toyota was out and will be out for a while. So they used a OEM part which isn't that much cheaper that the factory cat. But afterwards the engine tested out very clean. So for me this place worked out great for me. I was looking around for another shop to use since my old one closed down. read more

Own a 2002 C5 corvette candy red beautiful piece of art work bought her in 2017 never maintenced her throughout the years she was well kept low miles and garaged. Once upon a time I let my friend drive her and next thing he ended up destroying her it truly broke my heart felt embarrassed driving her she sounded soo bad engine would shake at every stop sign and every stop light all of her gages wdere out her gas gage wasnt working, traction gage wasnt working light gage wasnt working inside gas fuel gage would bounce up and down i would drive wouldnt know if she was full or empty going on long drives. Long story short met many Mechanics that gave me high hopes as i ended up very sad i went to many shops they all told me they had detected the problem i would be so excited and pay for the parts and labor in the end when i would drive my corvette by the way i do race catch me at "SACRAMENTO Race Way" it would shake raddle to a point where the driver next to me could hear it and nod their head disappointingly. The service the work more then highly expected i recommend family friends etc...
