I had to find somewhere this evening that would help me with my car and didn't know where to go. I…read morelooked on Yelp to find the closest location for an auto parts store and this store is what came up. One of my headlights was out and I had a light out that shines on my back license plate. When I walked into the store I asked if one of the employees who were sitting behind the counter would be able to help me replace my headlight on the driver side. They looked at each other and one asked the other if they were allowed to do that and he was told it was completely up to him, his choice. Thank goodness one of the employees was happy to help me. I believe his name is Carlos. I should've asked for his name because I definitely want to acknowledge the great customer service he showed me. I looked on my receipt and that's the name it stated on my receipt. He was very friendly and went above and beyond with helping me because the light over my license plate was difficult to get to but he was able to do it once he got a tool that was needed. Thank you so much for your kindness and great customer service. If only everyone was so great when it came to situations like this. I definitely will be back if I need something again and I hope to see him there again.

I received unprofessional and impersonal customer service at this location. The associate, who I…read morewas told is also the manager, had a poor attitude, talked down to me, and didn't even call me about the car, he chose to call my husband. My husband's name is on file but I am the person who brought the car in and spoke with the associate, the car is in my name, and the associate took down my phone number. The associate and/or manager chose to completely avoid communication with me. He also made sure not to put his name on the recommendation forms I received. I feel I was treated with sexism from this associate. I called their customer service line to inform the company and I felt I was brushed off. I will not be going back to any Les Schawb nor recommending them to anyone. This issues seriously needs to be addressed. I was also rejected service as they stated one of my tires was too bald for service under the warranty. I understand the company has rules. I do not hold that against them. However, my husband who spoke with the associate over the phone, agreed that the associate was rude and pushing purchase of a new tire. My car was also left with both front windows completely down. This was unprofessional as anyone could have reached into my car. I don't understand why I was treated with not only poor customer service but treated as less than another human being.

Update 10/30/22 I…read moretook my car out for a test drive and heard a loud noise and noticed my headers and exhaust bolts were missing and the other side one bolt was sticking out not secured safely. I'm glad I found this issue at the HOUSE, if this was on the ROAD IT WOULD OF BEEN DEADLY ACCIDENT.
