I had called in advance. I spoke to Brian, who assured me that they had the wipers I needed and that he would even install them for me. When I arrived about 1 hour later, Brian greeted me. He went and found the wipers I needed. He double-checked the size, and I paid. Then, he went out into the freezing cold and installed them for me! When he had to go back in to attach the adapters, he made sure that I came in out of the cold also. A few minutes later they were installed, and he made sure I tried them out before I left. This was an absolutely exceptional customer service experience!

When my total started going up to $19.00, I tried to release the handle but the handle wouldn't release and continued to fill. In the process of trying to stop the pump, the gas started spraying out all over my clothing and face. I pressed the HELP button but no one came. I eventually threw the pump on the ground and the handle released and stopped spraying. I walked into the store and asked if the HELP button Works..the clerk , said No. I started to explain what was happening. This man put his coat on and walked to the pump with me, during our walk, I started telling him the story. He wasn't clearly listening because , he Became rude and mouthy. When I explained that I only wanted 20$ worth of gas and it had climbed up to 29.49 and all of that extra gas didn't make it into my tank because it sprayed all over me , my car and ground. I asked for a 10$ credit and he said, we give no refunds! I asked to speak to the owner, and he said he was the owner. He didn't offer a apology or are you okay? He was rude! I continued to tell him that this wasn't a good way to run a business. As he walked away he called me a BITCH! So we exchanged a few more words and he became enraged and became scary, screaming at me! I got into my car for safety and drove off. I had to go home and shower which made me late to work. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SIR. If I could give 0 stars, I could.
