On their website I saw a 2023 Mustang convertible and clicked the Get Today's Price and filled out…read morethe information to get their price. I was curious as another dealer had the same exact car with 6915 more miles on it and $3200 less expensive. I waited over an hour and didn't hear back, I called and spoke with Dave. I told him I was interested in the car and that another dealer had the same car at a lower price but with higher miles. (For transparency/ I provided the name of the other dealership so he could verify, we were comparing apples to apples) I was interested in the "Get Today's Price" and he told me he was busy but would call me back. I waited again for over an hour for a call that never came. Out of stubbornness and curiosity I decided to call back. All I wanted was the "Today's Price" that I submitted for and never received. Instead I received a condescending lecture on it must have been a while since you purchased a car, how their car comes with a warranty, has 10,000 (*6915) mile less than the other car and the price on the website was the price. Along with a convoluted yarn about if I bought the car from them and it broke in half, it would be covered under warranty. This is the strangest car buying or attempted car buying experience I've ever had. Now I'm beginning to understand his statement of it must have been a while since you bought a car. It must be an effective sales technique not to provide information to an inquiry for "Today's Price", not to return a call and when a prospective customer calls back to be insulting. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Andy who is one of the owners. He listened to my concerns. He did say they would be making changes to the "Today's Price" link. Unfortunately there was not a deal to be made today. The review was raised to two stars because Andy was willing to have a conversation.

Be careful of promises with no delivery on their word. I…read moredrove 2 hours to this dealership to get the new Bronco Raptor. I had the details from Dave the sales representative in a text in regard to the purchase and trade. Once I arrived the dealership nothing was correct for what was stated. John and Andy the owners of dealership said we made a mistake after hours being at dealership. I walked away when they miscalculated the sales tax of 2100.00. They wanted to only give me 4000 when the sales tax on a 100,000 vehicle is 6200.00. They wanted to continue with the purchase while I am out money because the dealership does not know how to calculate sales text on a purchase. Besides that the dealership has the worst customer service experience. This is not my first rodeo. I also had a scheduled appointment and the dealership was not prepared when I arrived which is the least concern from this ordeal. Time is precious and can not be given back. There are way too many other dealerships with outstanding customer service. So think before heading to a mediocre dealership

If I could give a 0 star I would. Watertown, WI. Well, my dear husband got a nail in his tire…read morewith less than 15,000 miles on the tire, the tire had a slow leak as it was flat in the morning and he inflated it to get it to a repair location. Went to Walmart because it was open and it is a simple repair. Got there they took his car in and come back to tell him that there is NO WAY to repair it. My husband says ok give me a new tire. Joyce says you can't just put one tire on. Ok, give me 2. There was a sign that said that they RECOMMEND buying them in pairs - that would be 2 correct? Tires should be repaired in pairs. Joyce continues to say that you have all 4 tires because you have AWD. Wow at $206 per tire plus all the other stuff. YIKES. Why do I have to put on 4 tires? Hubby questioned her as these tires have about 15,000 miles on them. And she said it was the LAW. He asked what Wisconsin Administrative or Federal law number would be referencing, I am interested in looking that up. Embarrassed, she changed her story that it was their policy. Sure it is Walmarts Policy to force someone to spend $900 instead of $200 (follow the money); but I am not dropping $900 on tires because Joyce says so. Then she when on to pull out a book from BF Goodrich and quickly splayed open and closed the book on what they recommended but not enough so that someone could read the entire recommendation. My husband, said you are not selling me BF Goodrich tires. What does the manufacturer of the proposed tires recommend? Joyce responds "This is the Bible of tires!" But it is your choice. Hubby indicated that you really have not given me a choice at all... 4 tires or what is my other choice, I can get 4 donut tires? I am not working on your car she protested. So he said just put the Donut on it, at first she said ok then, Joyce refused. Seriously, you will not put the spare tire on? Joyce went on to say I am not working on your car because you are going to say that I forced you to put 4 tires on your car. Joyce bellowed over the PA to back out of the car. I refuse to work on it. Emotional much? Don't question Joyce. Now at some point, I am sure my husband tried to push her buttons because she was so obstinate about doing anything other than a big fat repair bill. Hubby is not an idiot when it comes to tires. My husband asked to see the manager. Joyce refused and claimed she was the manager of the automotive domain. More like Tire Tyrant! And he had enough of the Tyrant of Tires and went home to fight the battle another day. In fact, the next hubby went the next day to a tire shop and they fixed and balanced for $20+tax. Hmmm.... you are right Joyce, we did have a choice but you did not present the most economical one. Don't go there for tire repairs, go somewhere else.
