I don't have cable or a DVR at this time and I only stream, but like Brian said, that could change one day, so now I have that option as he installed some extra wires for me. Cleanup was good and Brian covered my floor and stereo console with thick blankets to protect everything while he was making his access holes. After that, he cleaned up everything. I've had our IT guys come to the facility and have troubleshoot on their end but they continue to advise me to reach out to Good Guys for help. I have asked for their help several times and have even offered to pay for them to just take a look and guide me on the problem but I have either received really frustrated responses or no response at all.
