They don't stack appointments, so if you show up on time you're usually seen right away. In fact, at my last cleaning I walked in about ten minutes early and they were already waiting for me. The office is easy to find, very clean and organized, and comfortable. The parking situation isn't too bad either; small parking lot with a couple of spots, but it's rarely full. In terms of experience, the level of respect and care that this office's staff exudes is unmatched. The women who work the front desk are kind and informative, and always greet me with a smile. The hygienist is equally as lovely and always does a great job with my teeth. The dentist is knowledgable, friendly, and never upsells products or services that are not needed. In other dentist offices, I've always felt like I had to deny so many unneeded services and products just to complete my appointment, and it really detracted from my experience and made me feel like my HCP cared more about making extra cash than giving me the care I needed. That has never been the experience here. Another hygienist heard me complete Marta and she stuck her head in to state "Isn't she great?!" Now, that is a great team!) The office took both my primary and secondary insurance (BCBS and GEHA).
