My daughter's cut was worse, and I felt the nail technician was not careful enough while working on her nails. She also came across a bit rough and not very warm with my daughter, who was very well behaved the entire time. The salon did give me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but I still don't think it's acceptable for both kids to leave with cuts. A nail appointment should feel safe and enjoyable, especially for children. I hope they take more care with younger customers in the future.

All of the tools are very hygienic, coming from the sterilized wrapping. And the nail stations are all very clean. Unfortunately, instead of patience and kindness, we were met with judgment. Because she had a hard time sitting still, people would make faces, seem frustrated, and treat her like she was a burden. As a mom, that was heartbreaking to watch, and I could see it affecting her confidence. Then I found Michelle's salon completely by chance through work, and it truly felt like a blessing from God. From the very first visit, Michelle and the entire team welcomed my daughter with open arms. They were patient, gentle, encouraging, and made the experience fun instead of stressful. They never made her feel like she was "too much." Instead, they made her feel seen, accepted, and beautiful. Today my daughter is 5 years old, has since been diagnosed with severe ADHD, and she still gets excited every time I tell her we're going to see Michelle. She filed my nails way too thin, and instead of feeling relaxed, I left stressed and frustrated. Under no circumstances should you get serviced by Lily. I genuinely felt like she was mocking me during the appointment, which made everything even worse. The polishes looked like they were expired and honestly should not be used on anyone. It's only been a week and already two nails have broken and the polish has started lifting. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I had to this time because I'm that disappointed. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Myself and two best friends went in for gel x pedicures. While getting the color done on my toes the technician kept hitting the polish with the gel light to the point where toes had to be redone. Not a huge issue. Except when we finished and he wiped my feet an entire toe was missing color! Not like my toe nail came off, like the gel just scrapped off in an instant. So we redid that toe. I left paying $57 and less than 24 hours later I now have TWO toes missing paint. Unbelievable! I literally didn't do anything with my feet today other than walk in socks protected by Ugg boots. Like if the nail polish is old throw it away. I don't live close to this location so I can't even go in and ask them to fix it. Complete waste of time and money. Also my best friend had asked for a color from the 500 options given to her to choose from. They decided to paint her nails with a color they had then offered to put glitter over it so it looked similar. Of course this was done when they were almost finished. Not cool. If you don't have something in stock be honest and upfront with the customer. I'm sure she could have chosen something else from the other 499 options and left happy !!! Now I can't even show my ugly feet to anyone because they look even more ridiculous than usual.
