Because it's a company car, the billing process is different than a normal personal vehicle. The staff was patient and worked through the process with me so everything could be handled the right way. During the visit, they also helped me realize that Nissan hadn't actually called to get the oil change approved through the company, which explained the confusion on my end. Their team helped clarify the process and made sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciated how professional, accommodating, and solution-oriented everyone was, especially since corporate fleet vehicles can involve extra steps. His explanation was convenient and he said he would show me the problem when I picked up my car. When I picked up my car nobody showed me a problem with my tires, none of the work I had requested had been completed. Felt like they wasted my time and this was just a bait and switch! Won't be going back, honesty counts. My wife had also taken her car there a month prior to get a tire fixed and the attendant told her she had the same problem with her tires as he had told me and also told her she needed 4 new tires. I showed up on time for my appointment and I was told I would be in and out within an hour. (I was told that the process of getting an oil change ranges from 45mins - 1hr) So I sat inside the lobby to wait. Keep in mind, my appointment was at the top of the hour. As I waited in the lobby, I watched as my car sat untouched, for 28 minutes. As I began to suspect that I was going to be late for an out-of-town afternoon appointment I had mentioned to the techs prior... I decided I was going to get up to ask what was going on. Just then, I watched a tech take my car back to the bays to start working on it, so I sat back down. 50 minutes later, my car was back out front and ready to go. Was the car done in an hour? No. But, having an appointment sure beats the wait time of just walking in! Although friendly communication is not their forte... the prices are decent and so is the service. Definitely better than taking your car to the dealership these days. Solid 7/10. Probably will come back again in the not so distant future.

When I got there they couldn't/wouldn't fix the tire or sell me a new regular tire since they had no run flats in stock. They cited "liability reasons". They told me I had to buy all four new tires. I was stranded because no one had run flats in stock and no one would attempt to fix the tire except Mario at Hollister tire! He save me from having to replace my tires and fixed the run flat for only $19!!!! He said the tire would be fine to drive and it was! I got home and had it checked and it's fine! Thank you Mario!

Highly recommend this locally owned business. I thought I needed a new battery for a car I recently…read morepurchased because I didn't have any maintenance history on the car, and I didn't know how to read the date code on the battery. The manager, Israel, showed me how to read the code, and tested and charged the old battery which was newer than I thought. He charged me nothing for the work and saved me the cost of a new battery, which many other places would have just sold me without checking the old one. I also heard from a friend that this is the best place in town for wheel alignment and suspension work
