Their own paperwork admitted the cooling system only lost 1 psi in 15 minutes and that they couldn't actually find a leak. I got a second opinion at a dealership. The real problem was just the radiator cap -- the worn cap couldn't hold pressure, so the coolant was boiling over and escaping. About $100 to replace, and the car has run perfectly ever since. The cap was even listed on their own quote (a $26 part), but instead of trying the cheap fix first, they pushed a $1,500 radiator job. Either they couldn't diagnose a basic cooling issue or they were counting on me not getting a second opinion. Get your quote checked elsewhere before paying these guys.

I asked about the price and may not have heard it correctly, but I thought the total cost for the material and labor was less than $100. I agreed to replace it, and they ordered the belt, which was delivered quickly. After they finished the work, I realized that the labor cost for the belt replacement was $190. It only took about 10 minutes! I have used this shop for oil changes regularly, but I will not be returning anymore.

That's huge for me because I hate going somewhere that says the car will be ready at noon and then it's suddenly 3 p.m. and you're still waiting. That's never been an issue here. The folks that did the actual oil change were so polite and really thorough. They even helped me get the glue off of the oil sticker that was stuck to my car from a previous place that changed my oil. Of course, when they say 15 minute oil change, it's from when they're changing your oil, so when there is a line of cars it takes longer, of course. But this is definitely the place to go when you want fast and great service.

He said he would diagnose it for free which is not common. . They could've told me it was $300 or $3000 and I wouldn't have known any better. Which a lot of mechanics will charge you as much as they can. But they ended up doing an extensive job by dropping the whole gas tank in order to fix it the car was there for two days and I thought it was gonna be doubled than what they charged me and turned out.
