Guys here are great. They were friendly and quick to help out. They swapped out my tires to my new wheels and helped troubleshoot a figment issue at no additional cost.

Getting two tires replaced ASAP. Get me out of here pit boys!!

Brought my car here for a much needed service, Owner German greeted me and have me a estimate for…read moreservices done; tensioner belt and valve cover gasket not needles to say he was very prompted in getting repair done in a timely manner he also Super Detailed my car it's the small things that count and want you to return back. "Take your money and get out of my face!" - German P. Rodriguez, Auto Tech Sercive Center CEO…read more This has probably been one of the most unprofessional people I have had to deal with. I went in because my car overheated and there appeared to be a coolant leak. German told me that it was the coolant flange and a coolant hose that caused the car to overheat. He quoted me $450. I thought it was a little steep given the low cost of the parts, but I didn't say anything since I needed my car ASAP for work. I picked it up after the repair and was surprised by the quick turn around. While driving to work? My car overheats again! I text German and he says he can take a look at it (never mentioning a diagnostic fee this time). Now he tells me it's the tempature housing and quotes me $320. After a little back and forth, he comes down to $290. Despite him having supposedly fixed the issue and already having charged me hundreds of dollars I agree... I assumed he would actually fix the issue this time. I was wrong. I picked up my car a second time. As I try driving to work... my car OVERHEATS AGAIN. Two tows and $740 later, and my car is still overheating. This time I call German, who starts saying he essentially doesn't know what's wrong with my car. I asked him if he can take a look at it again and he refuses. I then told him that he can look at my car again or refund me the $290. He then said he wouldn't do either. Eventually he says he would only refund me the $200, claiming he would keep $90 for a diagnostic fee. Mind you 1) he didn't actually diagnose the issue, 2) he had already included a $40 diagnostic fee in the original $450, and 3) never told me about a diagnostic fee the second time around. I told him that was unacceptable and explained that he didn't diagnose the problem. He still did not want to refund the $290 or look at my car and was extremely rude about it. After receiving a lot of attitude from German, I was fed up and told him I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Shortly after he shouted "Take your money and get out of my face!" and hung up on me. As far as the $450 I mentioned a refund initial but he said that was a different problem, although the reason I took it in the first place was to get my car fixed so as to not overheat. I realize he wasn't going to budge on that amount no matter how hard I tried to explain.

Disclaimer: I called ahead and made an appointment for the following day…read more Fast forward to the next day... I showed up on time for my appointment and I was told I would be in and out within an hour. (I was told that the process of getting an oil change ranges from 45mins - 1hr) So I sat inside the lobby to wait. Keep in mind, my appointment was at the top of the hour. As I waited in the lobby, I watched as my car sat untouched, for 28 minutes. As I began to suspect that I was going to be late for an out-of-town afternoon appointment I had mentioned to the techs prior... I decided I was going to get up to ask what was going on. Just then, I watched a tech take my car back to the bays to start working on it, so I sat back down. 50 minutes later, my car was back out front and ready to go. Was the car done in an hour? No. But, having an appointment sure beats the wait time of just walking in! Although friendly communication is not their forte... the prices are decent and so is the service. Definitely better than taking your car to the dealership these days. Solid 7/10. Probably will come back again in the not so distant future.
