She did ask for extra syrup as she felt it didn't have enough but that's a personal preference of course. All in all we were very happy with our brunch and would come back in the future. She didn't really have experience but apparently had some schooling. The guy (I'm assuming a kitchen manager) expressed his reservations but offered her a job doing "cold prep" (whatever that means). She seemed sweet. I got the vibe she'll be a good employee. But I'm happy he gave her an opportunity because there's no way to get experience without someone taking a chance on you. All in all, I always have a good experience here but seeing that interaction made me realize I'm glad to be a customer here at a place that let's people learn & grow.
