Food is made by local restaurants and Tornatore's Italian Onion Soup Pie was amazing! Carmel used onions, provolone cheese, garlic sauce and a dipping Au Jus sauce. For an appetizer, can't recommend enough the brown butter candle. It takes a little bit to melt, but the patience is rewarded with tasty rosemary herbed butter and delicious soft bread for dipping. The large drink menu features something for everyone, and are festive and reasonably priced from $10-14. I enjoyed a Season's Greetings Mule made with Tito's Vodka and Cranberry juice, with a sprig of rosemary. The Griswold-meets-Grinch ambiance is fun, casual and worth repeating visits. Although I'll miss Jack&Honeys, this location bring a lot to offer! The constant retheming is amazing and the food options align perfectly. When we went, it was "Christmas in July" We had stopped by to get some shots on our way to Eola's Independence Day celebration and they did NOT disappoint. To get a through sampling, we ordered the Apple Pie (moonshine), Orange Creamsicle (just like the name - delicious!), and the Peppermint Patty (I had my doubts, but it was spot-on a York flavor and was our favorite!). The bartenders were super attentive; however since their main service offered are drinks, the food can take a little while to come out. I enjoyed the shot with jaeger the most after the bartender told us it was her own creation, and you could barely taste it. It's true and it was so good, The holiday atmosphere made it a great place to stop for a drink after checking out the lights at Lake Eola. The drinks are pretty average but I definitely come here for the vibe and not the cocktail taste. They are not bad, just not craft cocktails. I was skimming through the food menu and decided to order the fritto misto. They ran out or did not have it. This was around 3p in the middle of the day. I didn't order food. The drinks were all good. There was music going on which was nice. I loved the Halloween decor inside. I think it's a great place to hang out and grab drink and get food. Stopped in to see what it was like. Service was great and our bartender was attentive despite it being pretty busy. The menu is holiday themed and there seems to be a good mix for everyone. Prices were more on par with Downtown but not crazy, just not inexpensive. I think they did a good job decorating the space. Wrapping paper covered the wall pieces and they added some string lights, ornaments and inflatables. Only one TV was working but it was playing Christmas movies so that's good but I think they should have all been turned on. I am sure this will be a nice spot to grab a drink. Both of my drinks were very strong and I understand the bartenders working there were all from The Abbey. They did "good" with the temporary decor but it felt very temporary. My wife was also excited about ordering "The Grinches Vacation " because we were supposed to come with an ornament souvenir which they were out of. Bummer. We stopped in here for there soft opening and it was amazing ! Love the decor and the whole Christmas theme was so nice all around. Really loved the gingerbread inflatable , Christmas concoctions , and the service was great ! I feel like this pop up is extremely overhyped. The best part definitely had to be the decorations. I thought the way it was all laid out was well done, however that's where things end. This pop up is located in the spot Jack & Honeys was in previously, which is problematic as they had issues where they had to close and deep clean a few times. There was definitely an odor in the bar and the floors were sticky all over. We decided to order a drink anyways, and despite ordering two different things our beverages looked exactly the same except I had cookie crumbs on top of mine. The drinks tasted different but the alcohol was overpowering to the point where I didn't finish my drink before we left. this place is themed pretty well, but we went on a friday at 8pm and couldn't get service as they had a private event that was not announced on any platform. We went to Aku Aku and had an amazing experience and decided to go back to try again. We went in and went to the bar, every bar tender looked at us, smiled and went on to help other guests. We waited about 15 minutes with no one talking to us or offering to grab us a drink. It was pretty upsetting to go to the same establishment twice with no help. read more

A group of my friends and I were extremely excited to get to experience the spooky decor and cocktails the reindeer room has to offer this past weekend. However our excitement and experience went poorly when we were denied service and essentially kicked out of the bar. They claimed that one of our IDs did not have the "right" look because of the lamination when all of our IDs looked identical to each other. Our group is all over 25 years old and even one of us already received a drink that had been taken away because "when looking again, the ID doesn't look right with the lamination" They did not have a scanner or light to confirm. Everything seemed to be fine when two of us initially came in but the moment the other two came, making our appearance more apparent (two lesbian couples) that is when they immediately began asking to re-see our IDs. It was so abruptly, it took us truly by surprise. My advice, take the extra 5 minutes to head to cocktails and screams, their drinks were delicious and the decor was phenomenal compared to the reindeer room. I've been on the hunt to exploring all the halloween festivities, orlando has to offer. The reindeer room is NOT one of them. read more
