The shop is clean and the vibe is pretty chill. Ok so I've left a review before. The manager made it right so I deleted it. I hate even leaving a review now but it is over the same issue that has occurred time and time again. I have to leave another review in order to inform others bc I'm a very honest person and I don't like to feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. Moreover, I'm always paying different amounts even tho I always get the same thing. I'm leaving this review even if it is only a few dollars more that what the website told me it's the principle of the issue to me. First off, I don't like making appt online with a given price all to be given a new price once I get done that's more than what the website clearly states. It's not right and customers need to be weary of this when booking online. It almost feels as if the person doing the nails is trying to get more of a tip by doing this to the customer not thinking they would notice or speak up. Well I started speaking up to it. I explained to the manager it's not right to NOT honor the website price. I went in for same thing I do every visit. Gel Pedicure $50 with French $5. (So $55) The website clearly shows gel pedicure is $50 plus French is additional $5. Then I go to pay and they say bc I got gel on my feet and I wanted French it's $10 more for Gel French no where does it state this on the website. I also have already paid the gel upsell price of $15 and the French upsell price it's not right to then charge another $5 on top of the $5 French and $15 gel price bc you state I got gel French. This is basically double charging me. So $60 instead of the $55 when booking online. Tina said it was fine this time but next time $60. Sadly I won't be back bc it's shady business practices to do this. I'm all about being ethical and doing the right thing and every time I come in here it's another price than what the website clearly shows. So sad even writing this but times are rough for everyone in this world and taking advantage of others is not ok. If you see the photos below it shows the price of a regular pedicure with additional gel shellac add on and French and the price would be $55 there's been times where I was told it would be $65 then $60 literally different amounts for same thing so that shows me you guys are trying to get more of a tip added onto the service. Then when I call you out you tell me it's bc I got gel french even though I paid for French upsell and gel upsell. This is clearly double charging me. Anywho I think others need to make sure they check the price on the website before you get fraudulent price once you get done with your nails. You can sit here and be like it's only $5 more or $10 more but to me it's the integrity of a business that should always be upheld in order for me to trust you with my business. Take care read more

Asked for a fill and a natural color. I was in and out in 30 minutes with Tina it was awesome. She shaped them a little more to my liking and picked out a very natural light color for me. Super close to home and a beautiful bright vibe. Pedicures are always great and all types to choose from. The give better massages than most places overall. I had Nancy... she actually put a little pressure on into it vs just rubbing lotion in which I can do myself at home. It was pleasant. I'll go back. read more

Their work is standard - okay- but the technicians all talk to each other in their language and do not talk to their customer, most don't speak nor understand English. I had to talk to manager who speaks English to get something routine communicated. One hears techs all laughing and talking to each other, virtually ignoring their customer. Absolutely loved our experience!!! The boyfriend and I were looking for a salon near home (since like everyone else, we were way overdue for pedis!) We were not disappointed! Hands were washed and temperature taken before seating. Jessica and Tiffany took care of us!! I have an obsession with this nail spa! My first time here, I called a couple of hours in advance and I was surprised they fit me into their schedule. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by another lady. While I was being seated I was offered a couple of different options for refreshments and I also couldn't help but notice that the pedicure had flower petals and another fruit, super cute for Snapchat/Instagram. I got a gel manicure and the #2 pedicure with regular polish. The pedicure was amazing. The massage was thorough and not rushed whatsoever, and the paraffin wax was included in the package. I've been going here for years, the ladies are always very pleasant and do quality work. The pedicures are done meticulously and basic includes the hot stone and towels. I usually get dip on my nails, for some reason gel always peels on me, and Lien does a great job on my dip, it always lasts and my nails have been able to grow and finally be long because of it. It's a nice atmosphere, they can usually always accommodate a late notice appointment and they are quick and detail oriented. They have a basic one for $35, I'm not sure what it entails, but I always get the $50 one. And then the prices go up from there. The $50 one is AMAZING and the price is reasonable for what you get. They start by having you choose a scent and then they fill a dish with different scrubs and creams. They give a long extensive massage with all the different products. I live three blocks from this nail salon in Pleasant Hill and I believe I should shop where I live, which I used to go to until I got a toe fungus. I know a few years back they got new owner/owners, and I thought I'd try again......BIG MISTAKE. I got a pedicure on Wednesday and by Friday night the polish had chipped. I went in Saturday to have new polish put on, not the same old polish, and they wanted to charge me. In this pandemic world I believe you should try and keep your customers happy and not talk about them in a different language where all the manicurists stop what they are doing to stare at you.
